★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para marcar unha em gel e me informaram que estava em promoção, porem sem cuticula e sem esmaltação. Ate aì tudo bem e eu marquei. Chegando no local fui prontamente atendida por uma funcionaria que me reforçou os valores da promoção, eu disse que ja sabia. Nao tenho do q reclamar dessa funciaria super prestativa. Porem quando ja estava quase no fim ela chamou uma outra manicure para finalizar tentando m empurrar para fazer culticula e esmaltação. Falei q nao iria fazer então ela tentou m enganar dizendo q ja estava incluso e repeti o que a outra funcionaria tinha me dito sobre a promoção e ela olhou para uma outra manicure e deu um sorriso de deboche. No final ela disse que iria tirar umas pelinhas e machucou todos os meus dedos. Achei muita falta de etica do estabelecimento tentar engar o cliente fazendo pagar por serviços extras. Nao volto mais nesse lugar pois fiquei indignada com a situação.
 I called to mark a gel nail and they informed me that it was on sale, but without cuticle and without enamel. So far so good and I scored. Arriving at the place I was promptly attended by a staff member who reinforced the values of the promotion, I said I already knew. I don't have to complain about this super helpful staff. However, when it was almost over, she called another manicure to finish trying to push me to make a joint and nail polish. I said I wasn't going to do it so she tried to deceive me by saying it was already included and I repeated what the other one had told me about the promotion and she looked at another manicure and smirked. In the end she said she was going to take off some hair and hurt all my fingers. I found it very unethical of the establishment to try to engage the customer by paying for extra services. I'm not going back to that place anymore because I was outraged by the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloquei cílios no sábado passado a pessoa que me atendeu foi super simpática mais parecia que não sabia muito o que estava fazendo pedi um cílios e ela fez de outro jeito e ainda conseguiu colar os meus debaixo na hora de tirar a fita ela fez foi uma depilação no cílios porque grudou com os debaixo e estava doendo e ela disse que era culpa minha que estava piscando muito...enfim os cílios foi colocado de mal jeito e o material de muito mal qualidade
I put on eyelashes last Saturday the person who attended me was super friendly but she didn't seem to know what she was doing I asked for eyelashes and she did it differently and she still managed to glue mine under when taking the tape off she did it was a waxing on the eyelashes because it stuck to the underside and it was hurting and she said it was my fault she was blinking a lot... finally the eyelashes were put on badly and the material was of very poor quality
