comprei um carro, 20 dias depois o carro teve o motor fundido, o óleo do motor nunca havia sido trocado e virou uma graxa no motor. Levei para garantia da loja. Decide trocar por outro carro da loja e dei a diferença do valor, no primeiro dia de uso percebi a terceira marcha estava arrancando, levei na mecânica de confiança e foi diagnosticado com falta de embreagem e defeito grave na caixa de marcha. Para não passar por mais dor de cabeça com essa péssima loja que vende os carros sem revisão, paguei o concerto. Alencar veiculos é uma loja que vende carros com defeito ou com falta de manutenção preventiva, negligência pura! Falta de respeito com seus clientes!!!!

In order not to go through more headaches with this terrible store that sells cars without revision, I paid for the concert. Alencar veiculos is a store that sells cars with defects or lack of preventive maintenance, pure negligence! Lack of respect for your customers !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pós venda comprei um carro lá e deu problema com menos de um mês não quiseram arrumar. Outra observação quando comprei esse carro dei outro na troca e eles adulteram os km do carro, passei ele com 93mil km e anunciaram ele com 64mil km para venda.
Não é numa agência seria e nem de confiança.
