E realmente não compensa, pois havia feito um orçamento em uma loja credenciada da marca da minha TV, e me deram o preço de uma nova. O atendente da Aletec foi sincero e justo.
I got in touch to get a quote and they informed me that the model of my tv would not compensate for the repair. And it really doesn't pay, as I had made a quote at an accredited store for my TV brand, and they gave me the price of a new one. Aletec's attendant was sincere and fair.

Aletec was amazing in their service. I asked for a quote for repairing a 55 inch TV, and Alexandre (responsible for the company) was a great person, being honest and realistic in his budget. I accepted the quote and they were super attentive and helpful, they gave me a real deadline for delivery and they delivered the TV to me exactly as agreed. The TV is working perfectly. And they also have a 3 month warranty. I am very satisfied. Thank you so much for everything!
