O mesmo informou que não poderia iniciar o serviço antes de ir até a empresa e efetuar o pagamento. Estive na empresa e efetuei pagamento do valor total orçado.
Na ocasião do fechamento do negocio, deixei claro que precisava de nota fiscal. Fui informada que a NF seria enviada por email. o que não aconteceu.
Após alguns contatos via whatsApp, e eles prometeram enviar a nota, mas não fizeram.
No dia 01 de Fevereiro, liguei na empresa. Para minha surpresa, a pessoa responsável respondeu que não tinha como emitir nota fiscal, pois não sabia qual serviço tinha sido prestado e desligou o telefone.
Depois dessas tentativas, precisei entrar em contato com o Procon.
O serviço foi bem executado, mas a empresa mostrou completo desrespeito com o consumidor.

On February 1st, I called the company. To my surprise, the person in charge replied that there was no way to issue an invoice, as he did not know what service had been provided and hung up the phone.
After these attempts, I had to contact Procon.
The service was well executed, but the company showed complete disrespect for the consumer.
