Me venderam uma peça de 22 reais prometendo a troca caso não funcionasse, pois já sabiam que poderia falhar, ao retornar na loja informando a falha, se recusaram a realizar a troca informando "a peça estar riscada, não tendo valor comercial". Foco 0 no comprometimento e respeito com o cliente. Não recomendo!!!

They sold me a piece of 22 reais promising the exchange if it didn't work, as they already knew it could fail, when they returned to the store informing them of the failure, they refused to make the exchange saying "the piece is scratched, having no commercial value". Focus 0 on commitment and respect for the customer. I do not recommend!!!
