★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma escola de Educação Infantil e a primeira vez que compareci no estabelecimento, 03 de fevereiro/2021, para perguntar se fariam nosso uniforme a filha do proprietário nos atendeu com toda atenção. Disse que faria um Layout e enviaria para nossa provação. Passaram-se meses e em Abril/2021 não havíamos recebido nada ainda, mas ela sempre com o discurso que estavam corridos mas que ficaria pronto. Nossos pais começaram a procurar a empresa para encomenda dos uniformes, mas nada do retorno deles referente a finalização do Layout ainda. Em 26 de Maio/2021 decidi ir pessoalmente até a empresa para saber o que estava acontecendo, tivemos as mesmas respostas. Como era a primeira vez que a escola fazia pedido o processo era bem lento. Então decidimos nesse dia mesmo definir o Layout já que não era enviado para aprovação. Dissemos como queríamos, a empresa deu suas sugestões, disse que daria para fazer como queríamos e na cor desejada e que a amostra ficaria pronta no dia 01/06/2021, mas uma vez o prometido não foi cumprido. Encaminhei diversas mensagens no WhatsApp e não era respondida. No dia 07 de junho/2021 decidi ligar e conversar direto com o proprietário e o mesmo me humilhou. Disse que nosso uniforme era horroroso, que as cores escolhidas eles não tinham, que não fariam uma coisa feia dessa (cores e layout que eles mesmo sugeriram) e que nós estávamos dando muito trabalho para eles. Falou em tom e voz alta que não iria fazer mais para procurarmos outro fornecedor. Deixo aqui a falta de comprometimento e respeito deles conosco, pois em nenhum momento faltamos com respeito, só queríamos que confeccionassem nossos uniformes. Deveriam dizer lá em fevereiro que não seria feito, pois não conseguem fazer um uniforme personalizado com diferenciais, só fazem o padrão. Hoje em pleno mês de Junho nossos alunos já estariam todos uniformizados, pois temos comprometimento e cumprimos o que prometemos aos nossos pais e alunos.
I have a kindergarten school and the first time I attended the establishment, February 3, 2021, to ask if they would make our uniform, the owner's daughter attended us with all the attention. He said he would make a layout and send it to our ordeal. Months passed and in April/2021 we hadn't received anything yet, but she always gave the speech that they were rushed but that it would be ready. Our parents started looking for the company to order the uniforms, but nothing of their return regarding the finalization of the Layout yet. On May 26th/2021 I decided to go personally to the company to find out what was happening, we had the same answers. As it was the first time the school had made an order, the process was very slow. So we decided that very day to define the Layout as it was not sent for approval. We said how we wanted, the company gave its suggestions, said that we could do it as we wanted and in the desired color and that the sample would be ready on 06/01/2021, but once the promise was not fulfilled. I forwarded several messages on WhatsApp and it was not answered. On June 7, 2021 I decided to call and talk directly to the owner and he humiliated me. They said our uniform was awful, they didn't have the colors they chose, they wouldn't do such a bad thing (colors and layout they suggested) and that we were giving them a lot of work. He spoke in a loud tone and voice that he would not do more to look for another supplier. I leave here their lack of commitment and respect for us, as we never lacked respect, we just wanted them to make our uniforms. They should say back in February that it wouldn't be done, because they can't make a custom uniform with differentials, they just make the pattern. Today, in the month of June, our students would be all dressed in uniform, as we are committed and fulfill what we promise to our parents and students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui sempre HIPER bem atendida. Alias acabei de falar no tel com eles e um senhor muito simpático me atendeu, tirou dúvidas e me ajudou com tudo que precisei. Uniforme é caro mesmo, não tem o que fazer. Mas minha filha está usando faz 2 anos e nunca tive problemas com alteração de cor, tamanho ou elasticidade. A qualidade faz valer o preço. Super recomendo!!!
I was always HIPER well attended. By the way, I just got off the phone with them and a very nice man answered me, answered my questions and helped me with everything I needed. Uniform is really expensive, there's nothing to do. But my daughter has been using it for 2 years and I have never had any problems with color, size or elasticity change. The quality is worth the price. I highly recommend!!!
