Houve falha na amostragem dos tecidos, pois escolhi uma padronagem e enviaram outra cor, atraso na entrega e bla bla bla
Por falta de opção, resolvi contactar esta Empresa, pela segunda vez, um ano depois.
Para minha surpresa, depois de um mĂȘs de atraso no prazo da entrega, sem ninguĂ©m me avisar nada, tive a notĂcia que nĂŁo haveria entrega da minha encomenda, pois houve atraso na entrega do tecido escolhido e dane-se o cliente.
Sabem o futuro desta empresa, né?

My experience, the first time I bought it, was terrible, although the phone call was good.
There was a failure in the sampling of the fabrics, because I chose a pattern and sent another color, delayed delivery and blah blah blah
For lack of choice, I decided to contact this Company, for the second time, one year later.
To my surprise, after a month of delay in delivery, without anyone telling me anything, I had the news that there would be no delivery of my order, because there was delay in the delivery of the chosen fabric and damn the customer.
You know the future of this company, right?

â â â â â Tive um Ăłtimo atendimento a empresa em que trabalho adiquiri os uniformes na Hermitex gostei muito da qualidade dos produtos hĂĄ sempre pontos que podem ser melhorados (mas nĂŁo posso exigir uma gola exclusiva pra mim )mas gostei muito ,do atendimento ao produto!!
I had a great service to the company where I work to buy uniforms at Hermitex I really liked the quality of the products there are always points that can be improved (but I cannot demand an exclusive collar for me) but I really liked the service with the product !!
