★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei a cortinas e papel de parede nesta loja, em menos de 1 ano a cortina ja quebrou e o papel de parede descolou da parede (o papel foi colocado com a indicacao deles), ao pedir auxilio para a manutencao apenas falaram q nao podiam me auxiliar.
I bought the curtains and wallpaper in this store, in less than 1 year the curtain broke and the wallpaper came off the wall (the paper was placed with their indication), when asking for help for maintenance, they just said they couldn't help me help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O antendimento muito bom com a Cecilia fazendo o encaminhamento final, mas o pós venda péssimo. Tivemos que apenas limpar estando dentro da garantia e eles não fizeram nada. Quando vc compra ou vai na loja o atendimento é ótimo, depois que comprou o cliente que era cliente não é mais, parece um desconhecido. Tinha até outros produtos que iríamos comprar, mas em função do péssimo pós venda desistimos. Ainda tivemos com o instalador e depois de um tempo, percebemos que as cordinhas das persianas são bem frouxas........
The customer service was very good with Cecilia making the final referral, but the after-sales service was terrible. We just had to clean it while it was under warranty and they didn't do anything. When you buy or go to the store the service is great, after you bought the customer who was a customer is no longer, it seems like a stranger. There were even other products that we were going to buy, but due to the bad after-sales we gave up. We still had it with the installer and after a while, we noticed that the blind strings are pretty loose........
