Gostaria de destacar o ATENDIMENTO EXCEPCIONAL da funcionária Thais. Ela nos recebeu com muita dedicação para fazermos a nossa lista de casamento, e posteriormente foi muito atenciosa na troca de alguns itens. Foi paciente, prestativa e nos sugeriu boas opções.
Recomendo 100%!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja hoje fazendo a lista de presentes do meu casamento, e acho inadmissível que a senha da Wi-Fi seja mickeynoivas (utilizando um plural feminino)! ACORDEM! Que mundo vocês vivem? Não adianta ser uma loja atualizada mas com pensamentos arcaicos.
I was at the store today doing my wedding gift list, and I find it unacceptable that the Wi-Fi password is mickeynoivas (using a feminine plural)! WAKE UP! What world do you live in? It's no use being an up-to-date store with archaic thoughts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiencia foi o pior impossivel e nunca mais recomendo ou entro numa loja Mickey. Pena que essa loja que era boa ficou nesse nivel de atendimento pessimo! Encomendei umas colheres Chistofle que faltavam do meu jogo de prata e avisei que uma pessoa ia buscar 3 dias antes da viagem para trazer porque moro no exterior. Explique bem como era o tamanho e enviei foto. Em nenhuma momento foi avisado que a troca so existe dentro de 30 dias da compra e nao do recebimento. A vendedor Jo aceitou a compra com 3 semanas da retirada e nao falou nada. Quando recebi as colheres o plastico que deveria vir selado da Christofle esta totalmente aberto e parecia que ja era de uma outra troca.
Liguei imediatamente e avisei que era o tamanho errado e a pessoa em 1 semana ia levar de volta ao Brasil para trocar para o tamanho certo. A Jo, a vendedora nao ia aceitar a troca mais assim ia passar dos 30 dias da compra, sabendo que tinha avisado antes que ia ser assim a demora para eu receber. Simplesmente falou que nao podia fazer nada que ja ia passar dos 30 dias da compra e pronto e nem a gerente podia resolver o assunto.
O valor da compra foi bem razoavel, mas pelo jeito nao sabem agradar o cliente e ter uma comunicao clara.

My experience was the worst possible and I will never recommend or enter a Mickey store again. Too bad this store that was good was at this level of bad service! I ordered some Chistofle spoons that were missing from my silver set and told me that someone would pick them up 3 days before the trip to bring them because I live abroad. Explain how the size was and I sent a photo. At no time was informed that the exchange only exists within 30 days of purchase and not receipt. The seller Jo accepted the purchase 3 weeks after the withdrawal and didn't say anything. When I received the spoons, the plastic that should have come sealed from Christofle is fully open and it looked like it was from another exchange.
I called immediately and told them it was the wrong size and the person in 1 week would take it back to Brazil to change it to the right size. To Jo, the seller was not going to accept the exchange but it would take more than 30 days for the purchase, knowing that she had warned me before that it would take so long for me to receive it. He simply said that he couldn't do anything that was going to take more than 30 days from the purchase and that's it and even the manager couldn't solve the matter.
The purchase price was very reasonable, but apparently they do not know how to please the customer and have clear communication.
Mickey NEVER AGAIN!
