★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operadora,sem nenhum compromisso com os clientes e nem com os parceiros, manutenção de mal qualidade,quando vão embora deixam a sujeira para trás,abre as tampas e as tubulação de acesso a internet,e assim deixam.
Não sei como uma empresa dessa se mantém no mercado.

Só tem nome mas qualidade que e bom nada !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia , a interne é boa mais quando cai demora muito pra voltar e quando agente liga as telefonistas informa que está resolvendo o problema e assim que for resolvido nós entraremos em contato com a senhora mais elas nunca liga pelo menos pra mim. Agora se agente ficar só um dia sem pagar é cortada imediatamente, ontem mesmo a internet caiu logo cedo liguei duas vezes e nada foi resolvido, então no dia seguinte eu liguei e elas pediram pra mim tirar a tomada do roteador e depois colocar foi quando pegou. Então mais eu tive que ligar por que ninguém ligaram pra resolver. Desculpe o desabafo mais é só falta de satisfação ao cliente .

Now if the agent stays only one day without paying is cut immediately, yesterday the internet fell early soon I called twice and nothing was solved, so the next day I called and they asked me to take the socket of the router and then put it was when it got . So I had to call because no one called to solve it. Sorry for the outburst more is just lack of customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet ótima,,só que tem que melhorar bastante sua manutenção . Demora muito pra fazer manutenção caso dê algum problema no sistema, já fiquei 23 dias sem internet ,, o erro dessa Impresa é só isso ,espero que vcs melhore vcs tem td pra dar certo no mercado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de péssima qualidade, não entrega nem os 40% exigido pela Anatel, tinha que ligar todos os dias pra reclamar e não resolveram meu problema. Não dão suporte adequado! Não recomendaria pra ninguém
Poor quality service, not delivering even the 40% required by Anatel, I had to call every day to complain and they didn't solve my problem. They do not provide adequate support! Would not recommend to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem suporte técnico 24hrs, eu pago e a internet é ”cortada" por mais de uma vez e ainda estou esperando o carnê desse ano, sendo que ano passado passei 5 meses sem boleto.
Penso em trocar, mas n conheço outra opção de fibra ótica, porque ta complicado gastar dinheiro pra ter que gastar mais com dados móveis.
