★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Primeira pizzaria que vejo chegar primeiro a pizza sem os pratos e talheres. Aí até chegar os pratos a pizza fica fria. Enquanto o sabor da pizza é razoável.
Terrible attendance. First pizzeria that I see, pizza arrives first without plates and cutlery. Then, until the dishes arrive, the pizza is cold. While the pizza flavor is reasonable.

In my opinion the quality has dropped a little, the dough sometimes comes out raw and. The filling is very little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima no atendimento, aliás não tem atendimento pq não atendem nenhum dos telefones, demorou quase 2h para chegar e chegou totalmente fria!!! 1° e última vez que solicitamos !!!!
Terrible service, in fact, there is no service because they don't answer any of the phones, it took almost 2 hours to arrive and it arrived totally cold!!! 1st and last time we request!!!!

Na papito do clima bom, entrei em contato por telefone pedi uma pizza, após perguntei qual seria o tempo de espera, a moça me informou 40-50 ~ minutos até aí tudo bem, aguardei e nada de chegar quando deu 1:20 minutos eu entrei em contato e a moça disse que por conta da chuva poderia atrasar, no meu entender não foi tão plausível tal justificativa porque esses motoboys tem capa e engraçado que não tava chovendo, 15 minutos depois minha pizza chega com o selo violado e só vi depois quando abri a pizza foi uma decepção.. ( pela qualidade anteriormente fornecidas ) liguei e questionei se tinha mudado o dono, ou o pizzaiolo.. ela disse que não.
A pizza não veio no tamanho de sempre, pequena nem parecia a pizza grande de oito fatias, a pizza não tinha recheio ressecada, o recheio pouquíssimo que tinha se concentrava só no centro da pizza, fora que ainda fria . Nunca tinha pedido pra vim daquele jeito, uma decepção.
Liguei de novo reclamei ela pediu pra falar no WhatsApp, eu estava aborrecida já esqueci de pedir o número, procurei na internet não achei, mas uma vez liguei informei que não me daria ao trabalho de enviar as informações no whatsapp, achei melhor deixar público.

* Sem padrão de qualidade
* Produto com lacre violado
* Pizza sem recheio.
* A gente liga, eles pedem um momento deixa em espera o cliente, pra atender o cliente que está lá no salão. Não precisa falar mais.

In the good weather, I got in touch by phone, I asked for a pizza, after I asked what would be the waiting time, the lady informed me 40-50 minutes, so it was ok, I waited and nothing arrived when it was 1:20 minutes. I got in touch and the lady said that because of the rain it could delay, in my opinion such a justification was not so plausible because these motoboys have a cover and it's funny that it wasn't raining, 15 minutes later my pizza arrives with the seal violated and I only saw it later when I opened the pizza it was a disappointment.. (because of the quality previously provided) I called and asked if I had changed the owner, or the pizzaiolo.. she said no.
The pizza did not come in the usual size, small and did not look like a large eight-slice pizza, the pizza had no dry filling, the very little filling was concentrated only in the center of the pizza, besides that it was still cold. I had never asked to come like that, a disappointment.
I called again, complained she asked to speak on WhatsApp, I was annoyed and I forgot to ask for the number, I looked on the internet and I didn't find it, but once I called I informed her that I wouldn't bother to send the information on whatsapp, I thought it was better to make it public.

* Product with violated seal
* Pizza without filling.
* We call, they ask for a moment to keep the customer on hold, to meet the customer who is there in the salon. No need to talk anymore.
