★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje é 17/12/2020 e faz mais de 24hs que estou sem internet, mesmo tendo um serviço que contempla a resolução no máximo 4hs. Sempre que ligo o atendente fala que o chamado já está em rota, mas o técnico nunca chega. Vergonha, falta de respeito com o cliente. E olha que aqui em Fortaleza eles só atendem CNPJ, imaginem se atendessem pessoa física! Seria um caos. Péssimo, péssimo, péssimo!!!
 Today it is 12/17/2020 and it is more than 24 hours that I am without internet, even having a service that contemplates the resolution at most 4 hours. Whenever I call, the attendant says that the call is already on route, but the technician never arrives. Shame, lack of respect for the customer. And look that here in Fortaleza they only serve CNPJ, imagine if they served individuals! It would be chaos. Lousy, lousy, lousy !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somos uma empresa e seguimos no terceiro dia sem internet, o suporte não resolve, não tem assistência, não nos passam contato com superior, simplesmente relatam que a unica coisa que conseguem fazer é marcar no sistema como prioridade, o prazo de 24 horas já completou 72 horas. A EMPRESA NÃO TEM O MINIMO RESPEITO COM OS CLIENTES. Não recomendo jamais a ninguém.
We are a company and we continue on the third day without internet, support does not solve, there is no assistance, they do not communicate with a superior, they simply report that the only thing they can do is mark the system as a priority, the 24-hour deadline has already completed 72 hours. THE COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE THE MINIMUM RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS. I never recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estamos a 5 dias sem telefone na empresa, todo dia fala que o técnico vem e não chega ,somos uma empresa que depede do telefone para vendas, péssimo atendimento.
We haven't had a phone in the company for 5 days, every day they say that the technician comes and doesn't arrive, we are a company that depends on the phone for sales, terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já vi operadoras ruins mais a ALGAR se superou suporte zero uma vergonha minha empresa trabalha com delivery faz 4 dias que estou sem telefone fixo não resolvem o problema sorte da empresa esta no Brasil pq em país sério ela não venderia esse tipo de serviço não indico para o pior inimigo.
I've seen bad carriers, but ALGAR has surpassed zero support a shame my company works with delivery for 4 days I've been without a landline they don't solve the problem luck the company is in Brazil because in a serious country it wouldn't sell this type of service I don't recommend it to the worst enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior empresa, prestadora de serviço de internet. Só não dou 0 estrela pq não tem essa opção. Não caia nessa armadilha, pois eles não dão suporte, são totalmente atrapalhados e não tem compromisso com o cliente. Péssima!!?
The worst internet service provider. I just don't give 0 star because it doesn't have this option. Don't fall into this trap, as they are unsupportive, totally clumsy and have no commitment to the customer. Terrible!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei o cancelamento da internet banda larga e fui comunicado que deveria pagar R$1.000,00 de um moldem onde não tem serventia alguma se não for com essa operadora. De acordo com o contrato te coloca uma fidelidade de 12 meses, porém há outro campo que coloca a obrigação de 36 meses de parcelamento desse moldem. A isenção do mesmo só ocorre na permanência do contrato com a empresa Algar. No momento da venda não mencionam sobre essa imposição da compra do aparelho e você acaba caindo no golpe da Algar
I requested the cancellation of broadband internet and was informed that I should pay R$1,000.00 for a mold that has no use if not with this operator. According to the contract, you have a loyalty period of 12 months, but there is another field that places the obligation of 36 months of installment for this mold. The exemption only occurs when the contract with the Algar company remains. At the time of sale, they do not mention this imposition of the purchase of the device and you end up falling for Algar's scam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa prestara de serviços, atendimento horrível. Ela remarca protocolos em aberto sem comunicar a empresa, nao vao ao local e simplesmente cancelam e colocam qualquer coisa no formulário, quando a gente liga perguntando sobre o problema porque eles nao dão feedback dizem que tentaram contato sem nem ter ligado pra empresa e dizem que nao conseguiram falar com ninguém. Eu abri um protocolo no dia 31/03 e desde entao ja perdi a conta de quantas vezes liguei pra resolver, ate agora nao me ligam de voltam e dizem que vao a o local, mas nem aparecem. Entao eu abri o segundo protocolo reclamando do primeiro, agora ja vou pro terceiro hoje. São irresponsáveis e desrespeitosos com os clientes. so nao cancelamos porque temos uma clausula de 1 ano, infelizmente.
Terrible company, horrible service. She reschedules open protocols without notifying the company, they don't go to the place and simply cancel and put anything on the form, when we call asking about the problem because they don't give feedback they say they tried to contact without even having called the company and they say that couldn't talk to anyone. I opened a protocol on 03/31 and since then I've lost count of how many times I called to resolve, so far they don't call me back and say they're going to the place, but they don't even show up. So I opened the second protocol complaining about the first one, now I'm going to the third one today. They are irresponsible and disrespectful to customers. so we don't cancel because we have a 1 year clause, unfortunately.
