â â â â â Sou cliente mas nĂŁo aconselho ninguĂ©m a se tornar cliente.
Tinha um pacote de 40 megas e após varios problemas liguei pedindo o cancelamento e eles me ofereceram um pacote de 100 megas e trocar o modem, tudo pelo mesmo preço, me falando que depois disso ficaria ótima a internet. Foram 15 dias perfeito, depois começou a oscilar e a cair muito, so voltando depois de contato com o suporte, o que é uma chatice, pra piorar é o segundo feriado consecutivo que a internet para de funcionar e sou obrigado a aguardar até o fim do feriado pra alguém vim consertar.

I had a 40 megs package and after several problems I called asking for the cancellation and they offered me a 100 megs package and change the modem, all for the same price, telling me that after that the internet would be great. It was a perfect 15 days, then it started to oscillate and fall a lot, just coming back after contacting the support, which is a drag, to make matters worse is the second consecutive holiday that the internet stops working and I have to wait until the end of the holiday for someone I came to fix.

Passei mais de 6 minutos na linha aguardando atendimento, tal fato nĂŁo acontecia antes da mudança. Desde o mĂȘs anterior a internet oscila muito, fica lenta e caindo. Deixa do a desejar 100%

Never had a problem with wirelink. However the new company of the group responsible for the residential is leaving something to be desired. I spent more than 6 minutes on the line waiting for service, this did not happen before the change. Since the previous month, the internet has fluctuated a lot, been slow and falling. Left to be desired 100%

â â â â â PĂ©ssimo trabalho. Venderam um serviço de link dedicado para empresa que trabalho alegando que possuiam dois backbones diferentes. Confiamos n palavra do vendedor e quando houve um rompimento de fibra, perdemos os 2 links. Resultado: AlĂ©m de nĂŁo cumprirem a SLA prevista em contrato, simplesmente alegam que eu tenho que aguardar. A empresa que trabalho Ă© um hotel e imagina dar essa informação para o hospede? NĂŁo sei a que ponto chegaram, mas Ă© muito ruim esse trabalho. Para piorar, fui cadastrar uma reclamação na ANATEL, nĂŁo tem o registro do provedor lĂĄ. NĂŁo recomendo em nenhuma hipĂłtese.
Bad job. They sold a dedicated link service to the company I work for claiming they had two different backbones. We trust the word of the seller and when there was a fiber break, we lost the 2 links. Result: In addition to not complying with the SLA provided for in the contract, they simply claim that I have to wait. The company I work for is a hotel and imagine giving this information to the guest? I don't know how far they have come, but this work is very bad. To make matters worse, I filed a complaint with ANATEL, there is no record of the provider there. I don't recommend it under any circumstances.

â â â â â A Wirelink Fortaleza se mostra bastante ineficaz quanto ao atendimento prestado Ă PJ reclamante. Em um prazo de duas semanas, foram feitas inĂșmeras tentativas de contato com os gestores responsĂĄveis pelo contrato vigente e nenhuma informação sequer foi obtida de volta. Durante o dia de trabalho, no mĂnimo, quatro vezes o sinal de internet cai por volta de 10 minutos e retorna. SĂŁo paralisaçÔes que trazem prejuĂzo. O setor de suporte afirma que nĂŁo Ă© nenhum problema e a situação fica "estĂĄvel" por conta disso. Ou seja, nĂŁo acham relevante a reclamação do cliente. Ă um caso grave de descaso, ainda mais com uma pessoa jurĂdica, que nĂŁo pode parar as atividades por conta da ineficĂĄcia, falta de agilidade e falta de compromisso das empresas nas quais ela confia para entregar serviços. Infelizmente, a Wirelink estĂĄ se mostrando uma empresa bastante complicada de resolver nosso problema.
Aguardamos mais uma vez por uma resolução.
Wirelink Fortaleza is quite ineffective in terms of the service provided to the complaining PJ. Within two weeks, numerous attempts were made to contact the managers responsible for the current contract and no information was even obtained back. During the working day, at least four times the internet signal drops around 10 minutes and returns. These are stoppages that bring losses. The support sector says it is not a problem and the situation is "stable" because of that. That is, they do not find the customer's complaint relevant. It is a serious case of neglect, even more so with a legal entity, which cannot stop activities due to the inefficiency, lack of agility and lack of commitment of the companies in which it trusts to deliver services. Unfortunately, Wirelink is proving to be a very complicated company to solve our problem.
We wait for a resolution once again.
