★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitamos o serviço por meio de contrato com a empresa Alginet em Araçoiaba da Serra. Antes de nos mudarmos para a cidade,tinhamos um plano bem inferior ao contratado com a Alginet,o da concorrência,nos atendia super bem (saudades da concorrência) Mas no condomínio onde nos mudamos,a empresa que nos atendia não cobria a fibra óptica,então arriscamos no que parecia tiro certo,afinal era o dobro de cobertura da nossa. Nuncaaaa,nem um dia se quer a Internet valeu o que pagamos,nunca compensou,nunca cumpriu com o prometido. Apenas nas duas primeiras horas após a reclamação. Aí sim funcionava na velocidade da luz. Porém depois voltava a sua lerdeza de todos os dias,gerando uma revolta imensa em todos da casa que precisavam daquele servico. Quando solicitado suporte técnico,é cobrado a parte da mensalidade..um valor que já não considerado barato. Não vejo interesse da empresa em resolver o problema,apenas vão protelando pra ver se o cliente se cansa. Quer motivos pra não ser Alginet? Aqui vão alguns. Fica como aviso pra quem pretende acionar o serviço dessa empresa. Eles não cumprem com o combinado. Quer ter internet lenta,dificuldade pra carregar um videozinho pro seu filho,utilizar os recursos do app Zoom ou Meeting e cair a cada login,sair xingando até a quinta geração da fibra óptica...contrate a Alginet. Estresse e dor de cabeça,tenha certeza,são garantidos.
We request the service through a contract with the company Alginet in Araçoiaba da Serra. Já usei 3 empresas de Internet fibra ótica está é a pior.
A única coisa que me falam é desculpas pelo ocorrido.
Prefiro ficar usando dados móveis.
