Venho aqui mostrar minha indignação com o atendimento da loja alianças lupatelli do TATUAPÉ.
Eu graças a Deus não fui comprar, pois é uma loja que eu não entro mais e muito menos indico para alguém.
Eu simplesmente fui alargar minha aliança que ficou apertada e a única coisa que elas fizeram foi falar mal da minha aliança criticando a todo momento, sem simpatia, sem carisma nenhuma que era muito fina, que a qualidade da que elas tinham era bem melhor, que era feia e com gestos de deboche. Voltei para olhar a vitrine e peguei elas continuando falando mal.
Esse é o Feedback que eu tive das funcionárias ou donas não sei, “senhora” e a atendente da pele morena da unidade do Tatuapé.
Eu me senti tão desconfortável que fiquei o dia todo chateada com a situação.
Se eu pudesse daria 0 estrelas.

I come here to show my indignation with the service provided by the Alianças Lupatelli store at TATUAPÉ.
I thank God I didn't buy it, because it's a store that I don't go into anymore, much less recommend it to anyone.
I simply went to widen my alliance, which got tight and the only thing they did was speak ill of my alliance criticizing all the time, without sympathy, without any charisma that it was too fine, that the quality of what they had was much better, that it was ugly and with mocking gestures. I went back to look in the window and caught them still talking badly.
This is the Feedback I had from the employees or owners, I don't know, “ma'am” and the dark-skinned attendant at the Tatuapé unit.
I felt so uncomfortable that I was upset about the situation all day.
If I could I would give 0 stars.

Tive 2 experiências ruins, a primeira foi quando a gerente se meteu na venda, quando eu procurava um anel solitário e me empurrou um anel com defeito, muito torto, parecia um "S", dizendo que era modelo dele, eu leigo, achei mesmo que era o modelo, chegando em casa percebi que ele estava retorcido. Mas como eu tinha decidido comprar, fui lá e troquei por outro, paguei a diferença sem reclamar
2 meses de uso e caíram 2 pedras do solitário, um anel, no valor que eu paguei,eu esperava mais,pelo menos uma durabilidade maior, pois já comprei em lojas concorrentes e mesmo após 1 ano de uso não caiu nenhuma pedra
Chegando lá com a garantia em mãos, primeira surpresa, a garantia não cobria as pedras, algo que não foi avisado na compra
Mas depois de questionar se era normal cair em 2 meses a própria vendedora disse que mandaria trocar sem custo, deu prazo de 7 dias, eu disse que não daria tempo até o noivado que traria outrora e a vendedora insistiu que era pra deixar o anel que entregaria antes da data do noivado COM CERTEZA, chegando no dia fui informado pela gerente Cintia (com menosprezo e ironia) que o prazo que antes era de 7 dias agora é de 11 dias, e não conseguiria a tempo do meu noivado, e em nenhum momento a gerente se dispôs a tentar me ajudar com o problema, apenas foi irônica e grossa
O que me deixou triste com isso é pelo valor sentimental daquele anel que seria entregue no noivado e deixou de ser por irresponsabilidade da loja

2 months of use and 2 stones fell from the solitaire, a ring, in the amount I paid, I expected more, at least a longer durability, because I already bought it in competing stores and even after 1 year of use, no stone fell
Arriving there with the guarantee in hand, first surprise, the guarantee did not cover the stones, something that was not mentioned in the purchase
But after asking if it was normal for it to fall within 2 months, the seller herself said that she would have it exchanged free of charge, it took 7 days, I said that there would be no time until the engagement that I would bring in the past and the seller insisted that it was to leave the ring that would deliver before the engagement date FOR SURE, arriving on the day I was informed by the manager Cintia (with contempt and irony) that the deadline that used to be 7 days is now 11 days, and I wouldn't get it in time for my engagement, and in no moment the manager was willing to try to help me with the problem, she was just ironic and rude
What made me sad about this is the sentimental value of that ring that would be delivered at the engagement and was no longer due to the irresponsibility of the store
