Porém, a Aliance teve um atendimento muito solícito e cordial. A profissional Poliana é muito atenciosa e sempre respondeu a todas nossas perguntas, nos passou todos os passos a realizar e alugamos um imóvel com eles. Até o momento, atendimento melhor ainda. Quando temos alguma dúvida, ou algum problema na casa, eles são rápidos e resolvem com agilidade. Muito satisfeita com a imobiliária e com seus funcionários, recomendo muito.
I searched for approximately 2 months for rental houses. With that, I got to know a LOT of real estate agents in the city. The majority, a well of neglect. I was exhausted and discouraged. However, Aliance had a very solicitous and cordial service. The professional Poliana is very attentive and always answered all of our questions, gave us all the steps to take and we rented a property with them. So far, even better service. When we have any questions or problems at home, they are quick and resolve quickly. Very satisfied with the real estate and its employees, I highly recommend it.

Faltou informações importantes para o processo de locação e o atentidimento foi ruim, sei que a vida não está facíl para ninguém, todos estão enfrentando alguma coisa assim como eu, porém o minímo devemos uns para com os outros, tratar com bondade e profissionalismo a todos. Uma vez ok, pois a pessoa pode estar em um dia ruim mas sempre não. Não preciso que me agradem, preciso que me tratem com respeito e consideração.
