★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demoram demais no retorno ao cliente online! Ontem tive que ligar 3 vezes no telefone fixo para conseguir entregar uma bexiga dentro do horário que eu precisava. Entendo que tem uma demanda grande agora que é dia das mães mais o meu pedido era para ontem e dia das mães é domingo. Mesmo assim, em outras oportunidades que pedi balões aí sem ter datas comemoratovas a demora é a mesma.
Sempre que peço sugestões, não recebo nada ... O que é um diferencial já que não estou vendo presencialmente. Pedi para finalizar o balão com um simples laço como um acabamento na ponta, não foi feito. Perguntei se conseguia colocar um chocolate, algo simples para não encarecer muito e a pessoa me disse que ia me enviar o catálogo de presente, acho que ela não entendeu que eu queria algo simples e no catálogo tinha apenas coisas a partir de R$ 190.
Enfim, paguei correndo por R$ 80 para entrega por um simples balão, sem um simples laço e sem atender nenhuma das minhas solicitações pq eu estava com muita pressa. Lamentável e triste ver um atendimento tão ruim.
They take too long to return to the online customer! Yesterday I had to call the landline 3 times to be able to deliver a bladder within the time I needed. I understand that there's a big demand now that it's Mother's Day but my order was for yesterday and Mother's Day is Sunday. Even so, on other occasions that I asked for balloons there without having commemorative dates, the delay is the same.
Whenever I ask for suggestions, I don't get anything... Which is a differential since I'm not seeing it in person. I asked to finish the balloon with a simple bow as a finishing in the tip, it was not done. I asked if I could put a chocolate, something simple so it wouldn't cost too much and the person told me he was going to send me the catalog as a gift, I think she didn't understand that I wanted something simple and the catalog only had things starting at R$190.
Anyway, I paid R$ 80 for delivery by a simple balloon, without a simple bow and without answering any of my requests because I was in a big hurry. Sad and sad to see such poor service.
