A 1a foi para uma revisão. Durante a viagem percebi que a revisão não ficou 100%. Minha correia foi e voltou fazendo barulho de BH ao Rio de Janeiro.
A 2a vez troquei uma série de itens. Mais de 1.000,00. 30 dias depois o carro não estava 100%. Deixei o carro para verificar de manhã e no final da tarde o carro estava do mesmo jeito. Busquei o carro e não pretendo voltar mais. Além do atendimento ser muito devagar e impreciso.
I took my car 2x to fix. And at 2 I had to go back.
The 1st was for a review. During the trip I realized that the review was not 100%. My belt went and came back making noise from Belo Horizonte to Rio de Janeiro.
The 2nd time I exchanged a series of items. More than 1,000.00. 30 days later the car was not 100%. I left the car to check in the morning and by late afternoon the car was the same. I looked for the car and I don't intend to go back. In addition to the service being very slow and imprecise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentavel, levei o carro com o motor fraco, diagnosticaram 3 defeitos na mesma semana, sempre dizendo que agora sabiam o que era... resultado, trocaram um monte de peças, cobraram mão de obra nas 3 vezes na mesma semana, quando vi que nao resolviam o problema retirei o carro levei em outra oficina onde viram que meu carro tinham peças faltantes e mesmo tendo tirado meu catalizador dizendo ser esse o defeito, fiquei sem ele, uma peça que custa 1.200,00, voltei pra pedir de volta e so lamentaram por não o terem, agora to com o carro com o mesmo problema e sem o catalizador e o suporte da bobina que foi outra peça trocada por eles e me alegaram que foi sem o suporte da bobina, como assim?! trocaram a bobina e não colocaram o suporte fazendo com o carro ficasse falando... L A M E N T A V E L.
NÃO RECOMENDO.
A ESTRELA MARCADA É PQ O SITE NÃO DEIXA POSTAR SEM MARCAR PELO MENOS UMA ESTRELA.
Unfortunately, I took the car with a weak engine, they diagnosed 3 defects in the same week, always saying that now they knew what it was... as a result, they changed a lot of parts, charged for labor 3 times in the same week, when I saw that they didn't solve the problem I removed the car I took it to another workshop where they saw that my car had missing parts and even though they took out my catalytic converter saying that was the defect, I was without it, a part that costs 1,200.00, I went back to ask for it back and that's it they regretted not having it, now I have the car with the same problem and without the catalyst and the coil support which was another part they exchanged and they claimed that it was without the coil support, what do you mean?! they changed the coil and didn't put the support on, causing the car to keep talking... L A M E N T A V E L.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
