Sem posicionamento de ambas até o momento. Cuidado ao comprar no site Casas Bahia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa tem bom atendimento, porém a manutenção PPA é extremamente lenta quando não esquecem de fazer o orçamento dentro do prazo máximo de 7 dias. E o horário de funcionamento é na contramão dos clientes, eles abrem 08 30 e fecham a 18 00 e não funciona no sábado. Na minha visão horário de distribuidora é de 7 30 as 18 00....no mínimo 8 as 18......
The company has good service, but the PPA maintenance is extremely slow when they don't forget to budget within the maximum period of 7 days. And the opening hours are against the customers, they open at 08 30 and close at 18 00 and it does not work on Saturday. In my view of the distributor, it is from 7 30 to 18 00....at least 8 to 18 ......

O motor PPA e muito bom mas esse representante e fraco , assistência técnica fraca profissionais sem experiência no atendimento ao público não cumpre prazos . Sem falar que compramos os kit Net flex a foi nos prometido um aparelho de configuração (prog) e quando fomos retirar os motores não tinha o aparelho o vendedor prometeu entregar em 7 dias ao cobrarmos o mesmo sobre a promessa ele falou que só poderia entregar se comprasse outro motor .

The PPA engine is very good but this representative is weak, poor technical assistance professionals with no experience in customer service do not meet deadlines.
