★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma correntinha de ouro, cheguei em casa e fui usar estava com falha na solda e abriu. Tentei trocar e não permitiram. Fizeram a solda em um ponto, mas abriu em outro e disseram que não tinha como fazer nesse outro ponto e tive que trazer de volta sabendo que em breve vai dar problema de novo.
I bought a gold chain, I got home and went to use it with a solder failure and it opened. I tried to switch and were not allowed. They did the welding at one point, but it opened at another and said that there was no way to do it at that other point and I had to bring it back knowing that soon it will be a problem again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento deveria ser melhor ,tinha uma funcionária lá muito arrogante. Levei o cordão do meu marido para fazer uma limpeza pois no ato da compra foi dito que teria 3 limpeza grátis, mas quando cheguei lá elas acham que o produto não é da loja.
The service should be better, there was a very arrogant employee. I took my husband's cord to do a cleaning because when buying was told I would have 3 free cleanings, but when I got there they think the product is not from the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a negociação das minhas alianças pelo WhatsApp e fui à loja no centro apenas para acertar os detalhes da aliança (tamanho, acabamento) e depois para receber. E elas ficaram prontas em 15 dias, antes do prazo que deram. O atendimento é muito bom e consegui pegar uma boa promoção: um par de alianças, cada uma com aproximadamente 10g, mais um anel solitário, tudo em ouro 18k, ficou por quatro mil, bem mais em conta que nas lojas de shopping (em algumas esse é o preço só de UMA aliança).
I negotiated my alliances through WhatsApp and went to the store in the center just to adjust the details of the alliance (size, finish) and then to receive it. And they were ready in 15 days, before the deadline they set. The service is very good and I managed to get a good deal: a pair of wedding rings, each weighing approximately 10g, plus a solitaire ring, all in 18k gold, cost four thousand, much cheaper than in mall stores (in some this is the price of ONE wedding ring only).
