Too much time in the documentation part. They give you no return and when you can contact them, they always have a new excuse and nothing resolves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois que vendem o apartamento, não querem mais atender o cliente. As paredes são todas estruturais e não deixaram saída externa para a instalação da coifa. Os moradores ficarão muito insatisfeito quando atentar para esse detalhe, visto que a cozinha além de ser bem pequena, fica interligada a sala de estar e está localizada ao lado da porta de entrada.Um simples depurador não será suficiente. A construtora não tem interesse de resolver, pois esse problema NÃO está aparente, eu mesma só descobri esse detalhe pois contratei uma arquiteta. O problema só pode ser solucionado pela construtora na construção do empreendimento. Se podesse voltar a trás não tinha comprado por essa construtora.

Residents will be very dissatisfied when paying attention to this detail, since the kitchen is not only very small, but also connected to the living room and located next to the entrance door. A simple debugger will not be enough. The construction company has no interest in solving it, as this problem is NOT apparent, I only discovered this detail myself because I hired an architect. The problem can only be solved by the construction company when building the project. If I could go back I wouldn't have bought it for that construction company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito cuidado muza construtora não cumpre com o que promete, entrei no procon e agora irei entrar nas pequenas causas e decon contra construtora, prometeu uma viagem ou documentação e ganhei um prêmio de uma tv que até hj não me deram.
Very careful muza construction company does not fulfill what it promises, I joined procon and now I will join small claims and decon against construction company, promised a trip or documentation and won a prize for a tv that until today they didn't give me.
