★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui duas vezes a consulta, nas duas vezes o medico não foi e cancelou, na ultima vez que fui dia 22/07 eles disseram que iam estornar meu dinheiro em até 48h. Já faz um rempão e nada do dinheiro cair na conta, ligo la e dizem que vão verificar e retornar e nada, já não basta não ter sido atendida duas vezes, ainda tem dor de cabeça por ter pago algo que não usei, total falta de respeito com as pessoas, me arrependo muito de ter fechado plano com vocês, nunca vi tamanha falta de responsabilidade, as pessoas vão porque estão doentes e não são atendidas, muito desprezo pela saúde dos pacientes..

A parte negativa são as consultas, aonde que uma consulta tem duração de menos que 5 minutos? Sem contar a espera por 1h40min, um absurdo total.
