★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comunicação falha, vc pede um serviço no caixa e tem que adivinhar que não existe nenhum tipo de comunicação entre o caixa e o banho e tosa. Eles tem um bom cuidado com os pets mas sinto que joguei dinheiro fora por causa do erro. Não confio novamente no serviço
 Communication fails, you ask for a service at the register and you have to guess that there is no communication between the register and the bath and grooming. They take good care of pets but I feel like I threw money away because of the mistake. I don't trust the service again

Porém cheguei às 08h fiquei as 08h15 e nada de abrir!
Vim de longe pra poder comprar e não estava aberto no horário.
My nephew is crazy about a fish, here he sells it.
However, I arrived at 08:00, stayed at 08:15 and no opening!
I came from far away to buy and it wasn't open on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu cachorro neste lugar apenas para cortar as unhas, voltou cheio de pulgas. Detalhe, nunca teve pulgas, vive em apto. O atendente falou que o bicho pegou dentro de minha casa. Só lamento!!!
I took my dog in this place just to cut his nails, he came back full of fleas. Detail, never had fleas, lives in apt. The attendant said that the animal got inside my house. I'm just sorry!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei Minha cachorra para banho e tosa e ela voltou cheia de machucados da máquina tosa, o dono do estabelecimento teve a covardia de falar que a cachorra estava com alergia. É nítido que são hematomas nao alergia. Além do que, tenho certeza absoluta que ela não está com nenhuma alergia eu tenho todo cuidado. não recomendo o serviço tão pouco levo minha pet de novo lá. Nunca mais. Péssimo serviço, atendimento e trabalho do profissional.
I took my dog for a bath and grooming and she came back full of bruises from the grooming machine, the owner of the establishment had the cowardice of saying that the dog was allergic. It is clear that they are bruises not allergy. Besides, I'm pretty sure she doesn't have any allergies and I'm very careful. I don't recommend the service, so I don't take my pet there again. Never. Terrible service, service and professional work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei uma estrela porque não tem como zerar.
Levei minha Lhasa Apso para banho e tosa higiênica, quando peguei ela observei muitos pelos caindo, em grande quantidade, toda embolada (ela não estava com os pelos embolados antes) , com a orelha molhada e se coçando demais.
Lavaram ela e não a pentearam.
Tive que levar em outro pet para fazer tosa total!
NUNCA MAIS LEVO LÁ!
I gave a star because there is no way to reset.
I took my Lhasa Apso for a bath and hygienic grooming, when I took her I noticed a lot of hair falling out, in great quantity, all in knots (she didn't have the hair in knots before), with her ear wet and itching too much.
They washed her and didn't comb her.
I had to take it in another pet to make a total grooming!
I WILL NEVER TAKE THERE AGAIN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha Bulldog Inglês para tomar banho e ela voltou com uma alguma coisinha amarela colada no pelo que depois virou uma ferida e se transformou em um baita buracão. Voltei lá o dono e a moça do banho falaram que a minha cachorra tem tendência a alergias e que não foi lá, que é da pele dela mesmo. Gastei depois um baita dinheirão em outro estabelecimento com consultas e remédios e hoje, um mês depois minha cachorra ainda está machucada... Total descaso.
I took my English Bulldog to take a shower and it came back with a little yellow thing stuck to the fur which later turned into a wound and turned into a huge hole. I went back there, the owner and the girl from the bath said that my dog has a tendency to allergies and that it wasn't there, that it's her own skin. Afterwards I spent a lot of money in another establishment with consultations and medicines and today, a month later my dog is still injured... Total neglect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mulher q tosa é uma bruta e sempre minha cachorra volta cheio de pulga, sendo que minha cachorra fica dentro de casa ela não tem acesso nem ao quintal, e o dono falou q é da minha casa eu falei q nao e sim do pet dele que ele nao higieniza.
The woman who grooms is a brute and my dog always comes back full of fleas, and my dog stays inside the house she doesn't even have access to the backyard, and the owner said it's from my house I said it's not his pet that he does not sanitize.
