Você aluga roupa com antecedência, as funcionárias não registra o modelo que você gosta ( informam que entendem o que escrevem no registro para fazer vestido ), não ligam para agendar a data da prova da roupa. A Dona da loja é uma grossa e quer ter razão nos erros que comete e quer converser que é o cliente que está errado.
Olha o absurdo. Aluguei roupa para as minhas damas de honra com 6 meses de antecedência. A loja não agendou a para fazer a prova do vestido. Se não ligar, a loja não entra em contato com o cliente.
Liguei para saber a data da prova do vestido. Agendei a data e a DONA DA LOJA informou que colocou o vestido em um saco de lixo e um funcionário jogou fora o vestido achando que era lixo. Olha a irresponsabilidade... E detalhe, faltando uma semana para o casamento.
Não indico essa loja para ninguém. Péssimo atendimento, péssimo acolhimento, péssimo de informações e a Dina dessa loja é uma grossa e se acha na razão.

You rent clothes in advance, the employees do not register the model you like (they inform that they understand what they write on the register to make a dress), they do not call to schedule the date of the clothes test. The owner of the store is thick and wants to be right in the mistakes she makes and wants to talk that she is the customer who is wrong.
Look at the absurd. I rented clothes for my bridesmaids 6 months in advance. The store did not schedule to test the dress. If you do not call, the store does not contact the customer.
I called to know the date of the dress test. I scheduled the date and DONA DA LOJA reported that she put the dress in a garbage bag and an employee threw the dress away thinking it was garbage. Look at the irresponsibility ... And detail, with a week to go before the wedding.
I don't recommend this store to anyone. Lousy service, lousy reception, lousy of information and the Dina of this store is a thick and is in reason.
I do not recommend this store ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico essa loja nem para o pior inimigo! Péssimo serviço e péssimo atendimento! Aluguei um vestido cuja barra ficou parecendo barra de cortina! Aluguei o vestido com 3 meses de antecedência e eles resolvem me explicar que o serviço não ia ficar bom porque a vestido era muito grande pra mim um dia antes do meu evento. A dona se faz de desentendida o tempo todo, como se a culpa fosse do cliente. Te tratam como se estivessem fazendo um favor, enquanto na verdade eu é que to fazendo o favor de gastar o meu dinheiro naquela espelunca. Nunca mais volto nesse estabelecimento de quinta categoria e não indico pra ninguém! Dou uma estrela porque não tem a opção de nenhuma!

Terrible service, They are very accommodating with time AND do not deliver the service within the time stipulated by themselves. I am completely horrified by the situation. I hope it gets better because it's a shame right another customer they will never see again in their lives!

Estipularam um prazo pro vestido e pras roupas alugadas e quando chegamos lá nem na costura tinham passado ainda, o casório é daqui dois dias e nada de entregarem todas as roupas do jeito que prometeram, não recomendo nunca! Falta de compromisso e responsabilidade com os clientes..
