Para quem quer conhecer a arte do Jiu Jitsu recomendo dar uma passada lá e fazer umas aulas.
Great structure the teachers are very good, the students and teachers always very motivated and motivating you. The beginner methodology is very good, it helps you gain confidence before any fight training. Always in training even the galera helps you to evolve. For those who want to get to know the art of Jiu Jitsu I recommend to go there and do some lessons.
