★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizemos um Brunch para 15 pessoas no D'Macaron. Todos (ênfase no 'todos') os doces e salgados estavam deliciosos. Tudo veio muito rápido e todos os atendentes foram muito atenciosos. Dos 15 convidados que foram os 15 adoraram a comida. O preço foi justo, a comida foi farta e as memórias serão eternas. Obrigado
 We had a Brunch for 15 people at D'Macaron. All (emphasis on 'all') sweet and savory were delicious. Everything came very quickly and all the attendants were very attentive. Of the 15 guests that were, 15 loved the food. The price was right, the food was plentiful and the memories will be forever. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute spot for brunch & macaron, but the owner is a racist.
After finishing my brunch, I was about to buy macarons for a gift. The moça(staff) was very friendly when I said I'd like to buy some macarons for my Brazilian friends, and asked to recommend some flavors which are not too sweet. She was very helpful explaining every single flavor, and even tried to speak Portuguese slowly so I could understand better (I'm not Brazilian, and my Portuguese is basic level). I really appreciatd that till when the boss came up and cut it on our conversation. He probably wanted to help, but said in English " 'Oriental' people like this, this, and this flavors." I said "what?", he repeated even with the 'SLANTED-EYE' GESTURE saying "Oriental". Wait, I’m Asian yes, but it doesn't mean I only have Asian friends. Moreover, the hand gesture is totally unacceptable.
I would've just left the shop without buying if there hadn't been the friendly staff.
If the owner is reading this, give her my praise, and please educate yourself about racism. You may want to remember you're living in one of the biggest multicultural cities in the world where you can meet anyone and be friends, (or to sell your stuff, at least).
