Estou encantada com tudo: com a técnica, com os(as) professores(as), com o espaço, com as pessoas que estou conhecendo e treinando. É muito respeito, muita troca, muito aprendizado, e claro, muito jiu jitsu! Nunca pensei que fosse gostar tanto. Recomendo demais!! Minha filha de 10 anos também está fazendo e já tenho notado uma evolução muito valiosa, dentro e fora do tatame!!
Minha decisão mais acertada de 2022 até agora.

I recently joined Alliance Taubaté. And I had never taken a jiu jitsu class before. I'm delighted with everything: with the technique, with the teachers, with the space, with the people I'm meeting and training. It's a lot of respect, a lot of exchange, a lot of learning, and of course, a lot of jiu jitsu! I never thought I would like it so much. I highly recommend!! My 10-year-old daughter is also doing it and I've already noticed a very valuable evolution, on and off the mat!!
My best decision of 2022 so far.
