★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Sem qualquer canal de atendimento funcional ao cliente. Você liga para o número indicado e fica rodando uma mensagem sem fim dizendo como a empresa "é boa, referência, ganhadora de prêmios, blá, blá, blá", mas nem são capazes de terem um telefone que realmente atenda. Até repartição pública possui isso.
Achei estranho a empresa ainda possuir "impressionantes" 2 estrelas e meia pela (péssima) qualidade do atendimento, mas aí fui investigar e vi que são todas oriundas de funcionários ("colaboradores") que ficam tentando inflar artificialmente a avaliação da empresa. Não duvido que, inclusive, tenham sido obrigados a fazerem isso.
Terrible. Without any functional customer service channel. You call the indicated number and keep running an endless message saying how the company "is good, reference, award winner, blah blah blah", but they aren't even capable of having a phone that actually answers. Even a public office has this.
I found it strange that the company still has "impressive" 2 and a half stars for the (awful) quality of service, but then I went to investigate and saw that they all come from employees ("collaborators") who are trying to artificially inflate the company's assessment. I have no doubt that they were even forced to do this.

I'm Very Annoyed With The Company, As I Made A Purchase By App Das Bahia, On 11/17 And Delivery Was Pro On 11/24, But Until Now I Haven't Received My Product, And I Haven't Leave The Carrier!

Totalmente descaso e despreparo
I bought a device on 11/26, it was already paid and they didn't issue the bill or deliver it to me so far, they don't answer the phone, they don't answer emails.
Totally neglect and unprepared

No telefone informado entra uma gravação que fala ... fala ... elogia a empresa ... diz que nossa ligação é muito importante, mas atender - nem pensar. Até que depois de horas a ligaçao cai ... imagine se não fosse uma empresa tão "premiada" e se "nossa ligação não fosse importante" ... lamentável e pessimo atendimento!!!
Talking to ALLIED is a "supernatural" exercise in patience. A recording enters the informed telephone that speaks ... speaks ... praises the company ... says that our call is very important, but answering - no way. Until after hours the call drops... imagine if it wasn't such an "awarded" company and if "our call wasn't important"... regrettable and bad service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um produto Apple veio com defeito, fui consultar a garantia não aparece a cobertura, liguei na Apple me pediram a nota fiscal do produto! Tô entrando em contato através de ligação não atendem, via e-mail não respondem. A única forma vai ter que ser de forma judicial. Descaso com os compradores.
I bought an Apple product, it came defective, I went to consult the warranty, the coverage does not appear, I called Apple and they asked me for the product invoice! I'm contacting via phone they don't answer, via email they don't respond. The only way will have to be in court. Negligence with buyers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pós venda Péssimo. Sem qualquer retorno ou consideração ao cliente. Chegando meu produto irei reavaliar ou não a empresa. Previsão de chegada do meu produto era entre 21 e 22 de Abril e ele foi postado justamente dia 22/04, na data final que era para ser entregue. Se puderem fujam dessa empresa. Enviei 4 mensagens para a empresa via Mercado Livre e não tive resposta. Lamentável, imprestável pós venda. 1 Estrela foi demais, se pudesse daria ZERO.
Terrible after-sales. Without any feedback or consideration to the customer. When my product arrives I will reevaluate the company or not. Expected arrival of my product was between April 21st and 22nd and it was posted on the 22/04th, on the final date it was supposed to be delivered. If you can, run away from this company. I sent 4 messages to the company via Mercado Livre and got no response. Disappointing, useless after sales. 1 star was too much, if I could I would give ZERO.

Comprei no domingo passado, e chegou hoje meu celular. A partir do momento que foi aprovado o pgto, na segunda despacharam e hoje já chegou. Lacrado em perfeito estado, estou configurando o aparelho agora. Obrigado.
I want to share my experience with the company. That was great, it's not a lie. Reading the comments, I was quite worried because it was a purchase that I really wanted to have. I bought it last Sunday, and my cell phone arrived today. From the moment the pgto was approved, on the second they dispatched it and today it has arrived. Sealed in perfect condition, I'm configuring the device now. Thanks.
