O meu notebook estava com a dobradiça esquerda mal encaixada, algo que o impedia de abrir e fechar a tela do mesmo normalmente. Um problema que desmontando e montando o display resolveria.
Conversei com o proprietário, Julio.
Estranhamente, no desenrolar da conversa, ele me disse que não tinha ideia de como formatar um computador, e até mesmo afirmou que para ele, era mais fácil condenar as peças que os clientes deixavam com ele em busca de reparo, e, simplesmente comprar novas peças. Também afirmou terceirizar os reparos que lhe foram enviados. (Um comentário que me deixou no mínimo preocupado.)
Como meu problema era algo trivial, eu pensei. O que pior poderia acontecer?
Eis que, eles me devolvem um notebook imundo, com a carcaça de cima cheia de graxa, com a moldura do display e dobradiças quebradas e cheias de cola.
Informaram que ambas as peças se quebraram na desmontagem por está com o plástico muito ressecado, que se eu quisesse abrir novamente, teria risco de perder o display pela forma que foi remontado. Paguei R$150, para receber o notebook pior do que deixei.
Levei o meu notebook em outras duas empresas que fazem reparos, e em ambas tive o mesmo feedback para ter certeza do que estou falando. Não há plástico ressecado algum, e o que evidencia o despreparo do técnico é a danificação na dobradiça que é de alumínio.
Uma dessas empresas, me disseram até que eu não sou o primeiro a chegar com problemas por causa do péssimo serviço prestado da ALLPRINTER.
Por causa do despreparo e da falta de profissionalismo dessa empresa. Irei desembolsar mais R$219 de uma nova moldura e mais R$114 para um novo par de dobradiças, as quais eles danificaram, fora o preço da mão de obra.
Só para reforçar, deixei o notebook com o lado esquerdo mal encaixado, não havia nada de errado com o direito. Fui com um problema de mal encaixe, e retornei com: a moldura quebrada, a tela "frouxa" (sabe o subir e descer que a tela faz? pronto, ali está totalmente solto) pois o técnico danificou a dobradiça.
Olhem como ele voltou e o preço das peças abaixo.

Lo and behold, they hand me back a filthy notebook, with the top casing covered in grease, with the display frame and broken hinges filled with glue.
They informed that both parts were broken during disassembly because the plastic is very dry, that if I wanted to open it again, I would risk losing the display because of the way it was reassembled. I paid R$150 to receive the notebook worse than I left it.
I took my notebook to two other repair companies, and at both I got the same feedback to make sure what I'm talking about. There is no dried plastic at all, and what shows the technician's unpreparedness is the damage to the aluminum hinge.
One of these companies, they even told me that I am not the first to arrive with problems because of the bad service provided by ALLPRINTER.
Because of the unpreparedness and lack of professionalism of this company. I will shell out another R$219 for a new frame and another R$114 for a new pair of hinges, which they damaged, plus the cost of labor.
Just to reinforce it, I left the notebook with the left side badly fitted, there was nothing wrong with the right. I went with a problem with poor fit, and I came back with: the broken frame, the "loose" screen (do you know how the screen goes up and down? that's it, there it's totally loose) because the technician damaged the hinge.
