Por 3 meses não ligaram nem resolveram e quando consegui contato disseram que não sabiam qual era o problema. Retirei o PC e levei em outro técnico. Atendimento péssimo, desrespeito com o cliente. Perdi tempo. Não recomendo.
I took my PC which was shutting down by itself. They were to return to me to tell the problem and the budget. For 3 months they didn't call or resolve and when I got contact they said they didn't know what the problem was. I removed the PC and took in another technician. Terrible service, disrespect for the customer. I wasted time. I do not recommend.

Flávio saved my notebook, which would no longer turn on because of a short circuit on the motherboard. He is a competent and honest professional. The service was ready the same day I left the notebook. My experience couldn't have been better. Grade 10!
