1. Orçei e comprei a confecção de um balcão "desmontável" e me entregaram um produto que não desmonta.
2. Por diversas vezes tentei contato pra saber se foi um erro na comunicação interna da empresa. E se conseguiriam produzir como foi meu pedido e depois de uns 10 dias me disseram que não faziam o balcão desmontável.
3. O próximo passo era o recolhimento do balcão e a devolução do meu dinheiro.
E pasmem a burocracia e mal atendimento de todas os setores da empresa. Já fui no setor de vendas, administrativo e financeiro e nada de solucionar o problema. Tive que falar diretamente com o proprietário que também não me pareceu muito solicito.
Total descaso com o cliente!
The worst experience we could have!

3. The next step was the collection of the counter and the return of my money.
And the bureaucracy and poor service of all sectors of the company. I've been in the sales department, administrative and financial and nothing to solve the problem. I had to speak directly with the owner who also did not seem very solicitous.
Total disregard for the customer!
