Muita confusão desde a emissão de contratos e emissão de notas até a instalação: técnicos incompetentes e despreparados, o vendedor não respeitou o que foi solicitado mudando por conta própria o que foi pedido, instruções divergentes quanto ao uso de equipamento. Fuja dessa empresa. Horrível

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prestadora do serviço de alarme de um estabelecimento na avenida Beira Mar vizinho à minha residência, onde o mesmo já vem há dois anos disparando o alarme/sirene frequentemente a noite, madrugada e início da manhã, praticamente todos os dias e vários disparos por dia, onde cada vez a sirene fica tocando por 5 minutos. Já entrei em contato com a empresa ao logo desse tempo inúmeras vezes por telefone, whatsapp, Instagram, recebem a reclamação e nada fazem pra resolver. É muito prejudicial acordar toda madrugada mais de uma vez inclusive, com uma sirene tocando ao lado da janela do quarto onde se dorme.
