★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pior imobiliaria do mundo. Entreguei um imovel , sem debitos, e a imobiliaria alugou para outra pessoa e deixou que a mesma utilizasse da luz no meu nome. A pessoa encheu de divida meu nome e a imobiliaria não quer se responsabilizar! Eu tenho que pesquisar para saber se a imobiliaria não usou meu nome em outras fraudes!
worst real estate in the world. I handed over a real estate, without debits, and the immobile rented to someone else and let it use the light in my name. The person filled with debt my name and the real estate does not want to take responsibility! I have to search to see if the real estate did not use my name in other frauds!

Infiltrações no imóvel, mandei para o proprietário e o mesmo não deu amparo... posterior há 5 meses me cobraram 250 para obra.

Eu estou falando isso pela experiência de 2 pessoas: a minha e a da minha mãe.
Há 1 ano atrás indiquei para minha mãe a imobiliária de vocês para ela vender a casa dela. Várias vezes ela conversou pra vocês irem na casa tirar as fotos e olhar a documentação e só ficaram adiando até que ela desistiu de vocês. No meu caso, mês passado pedi para visitar uma casa que tinha interesse em comprar, cobrei mais de uma vez resposta da visita e até hoje nada. A falta de interesse em vender casas com toda a certeza é gritante... Por isso, a minha nota é 3/5.

1 year ago I referred my mother to your real estate agency so she could sell her house. Several times she told you to go to the house to take the photos and look at the documentation and you just kept putting it off until she gave up on you. In my case, last month I asked to visit a house I was interested in buying, I charged more than once for the response to the visit and so far nothing. The lack of interest in selling houses is definitely glaring... That's why my grade is 3/5.
