Corretores tem que correr atrás de vendas, conheci uma senhora que quis vender a casa e foram colocar placa na casa dela somente 4 anos depois.

They are good at conversation but terrible at solving problems. We bought a property with Couto for never again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualquer reparo que precise no imóvel, você precisa ficar insistindo e cobrando muito para ter retorno e muitas vezes a solução é temporária fazendo com que o problema se repita. Se você não cobrar, nada é feito para que você esqueça que o problema existe.
Não autorizam que você contrate alguém para manutenção e depois descontar do aluguel mas também não resolvem e você que fique meses esperando algum retorno e se você cobra, você é o errado. Como se estivesse morando de favor sem pagar.
Informações passadas sempre vagas sobre valores, datas etc
Em caso de qualquer tipo de conflito com outro inquilino, a resposta é basicamente um "não é nossa responsabilidade. Só cuidamos de documentos"
Any repair that you need on the property, you need to keep insisting and charging a lot to get a return and often the solution is temporary causing the problem to repeat. If you don't charge, nothing is done to make you forget that the problem exists.
They don't authorize you to hire someone for maintenance and then discount the rent, but they also don't solve it and you have to wait months for a return and if you charge, you're the wrong one. As if you were living in favor without paying.
Always vague information about values, dates, etc.
In case of any kind of conflict with another tenant, the answer is basically a "it's not our responsibility. We only take care of documents"
