★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi almoço pelo aplicativo Ifood e o motoboy não sou o endereço completo, e não entregou. Voltou com a comida para o restaurante. Tentaram contato por tefone, mas a ligação caiu! E não ligaram novamente. Reclamei no chat e cancelaram minha comida as 14 h.
Atendimento ao cliente zero! Não sabem resolver problemas de logística e a ainda culpam a portaria do prédio!
Perderam cliente ! O ifood tb deveria olhar isso, pois quando a refeição é cancelada não podemos avaliar o restante!!!@
 I ordered lunch through the Ifood app and the motoboy is not the full address, and it didn't deliver. He returned with the food to the restaurant. They tried to contact you by phone, but the call went down! And they didn't call again. I complained in the chat and they canceled my food at 2 pm.
Zero customer service! They don't know how to solve logistical problems and still blame the building's concierge!
Lost customer! Ifood tb should also look at this, because when the meal is canceled we cannot evaluate the rest !!! @

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida estava sensacional..... fresquinha, o feijão veio separado, molhinho pra salada uma delicia, só o pedaço do bolo eu achei mto pequeno para o valor cobrado mas estava tambem delicioso! Montagem bem caprichosa ♥
The food was amazing ..... fresh, the beans came separately, salad sauce a delight, only the piece of cake I found very small for the amount charged but it was also delicious! Very capricious assembly ♥

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO COMPREM! Pedido atrasa demais e a empresa não se importa, não responde chat, nem atende telefone. Leia os comentários aqui e verá que isso é frequente. Eu pedi pelo iFood, e esperei qause 2 horas, tentando contato via chat e telefone e ninguém respondia. Tive que sair de casa pra comer um sanduiche na padaria pois estava morto de fome. Pedi o cancelamento para a empresa que se negou. Menos mal que o próprio iFood viu todo o histórico de ligações e do chat e estornou o pedido contra a vontade deles. NÃO COMPREM!
DON'T BUY! The order is too late and the company doesn't care, doesn't answer chats, doesn't answer the phone. Read the comments here and you'll see that this is frequent. I asked for iFood, and I waited almost 2 hours, trying to contact me via chat and phone and no one answered. I had to leave the house to eat a sandwich at the bakery because I was starving. I asked the company that refused to cancel. Good thing iFood itself saw the entire call and chat history and reversed the order against their will. DON'T BUY!

Depois de quase uma hora de atraso a atendente veio dizer que o motoboy teve problema com a moto e que iria demorar mais. Pedi para cancelar o pedido. Nunca mais pedirei neste restaurante.
Terrible restaurant. The order was over an hour late. I called twice and was told it was on its way. After almost an hour of delay, the attendant came to say that the motoboy had a problem with the motorcycle and that it would take longer. I asked to cancel the order. I will never order from this restaurant again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu pudesse dar 0 daria com certeza, solicitei uma marmitex as 11h via telefone Bife a parmegiana e me mandaram strogonoff, algo que definitivamente eu não como.
R$34 reais a marmitex no qual não vem servida. Perdi meu horario de almoço e fiquei sem me alimentar pois aguardei mais de 50min o motoboy vir retirar e devolver meu dinheiro.
If I could give 0 I would do it for sure, I requested a marmitex at 11am via steak phone to parmegiana and sent me strogonoff, something that I definitely do not like.
R $ 34 Reais to Marmitex in which it is not served. I lost my lunch schedule and I was without feeding myself because I waited for more than 50min Motoboy to come withdraw and return my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi pelo Ifood, a previsao de entrega era entre 12:22 e 12:32. Às 12:45 liguei para o restaurante e a mulher que atendeu informou que não tinha mandado ainda pois estava sem entregadores próprios (funcionários) e que iria solicitar um entregador do Ifood. Pedi uma previsão de entrega e ela disse que informaria pelo chat, mas nenhuma mensagem chegou. Às 13:20 chegou mensagem informando que o entregador estava indo buscar o pedido, que chegou às 13:45.
Se você sabe que não tem entregadores seus suficientes, peça o entregador do Ifood a tempo, e não 1 hora depois do prazo de entrega.
I asked for Ifood, the delivery forecast was between 12:22 and 12:32. At 12:45 I called the restaurant and the woman who answered said she hadn't sent it yet because she didn't have her own delivery guys (employees) and that she would request an Ifood delivery guy. I asked for a delivery forecast and she said she would let me know via chat, but no message arrived. At 1:20 pm, a message arrived stating that the delivery man was going to pick up the order, which arrived at 1:45 pm.
If you know you don't have enough delivery guys, order the Ifood delivery guy on time, not 1 hour after the delivery deadline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida além de péssima (purê de batata salgado, arroz parecia velho, porções pequenas para o preço cobrado) o mais absurdo de tudo é a comida vir com BARATA. Estou repetindo este comentário aqui, pq não sei o motivo do Ifood ocultar meu comentário lá, mas preciso avisar as pessoas pq se uma comida vem com BARATA é algo sério, significa que o local não é limpo e não é apropriado para servir comida. Experiência no mínimo desagradável, estragou o meu almoço.
Food besides being terrible (salty mashed potatoes, rice seemed old, small portions for the price charged) the most absurd thing of all is the food coming with CHEAP. I'm repeating this comment here, because I don't know why Ifood hides my comment there, but I need to warn people because if a food comes with CHEAP is something serious, it means that the place is not clean and not suitable for serving food. Unpleasant experience, to say the least, spoiled my lunch.
