The order delayed another hour by the deadline. Obviously they need to improve delivery. Good food but because of the delivery, I wouldn't order it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido pelo Ifood, a previsão de chegada era as 20hs e as 22hs após eu ter ligado diversas vezes e a Pollyana me enrolar dizendo que já saiu...Que tava chegando, eles finalizaram como entregue e eu não recebi absolutamente nada. Depois disso a Pollyana desligou o telefone na minha cara e não atende mais. Falta de respeito....Falta de honestidade.
I placed an order with Ifood, the expected arrival time was at 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm after I called several times and Pollyana rolled me up saying that it was already coming ... They were delivered and I received absolutely nothing. After that Pollyana hung up on me and doesn't answer anymore. Lack of respect .... Lack of honesty.

Pedi pelo ifood e a entrega demorou 1h30 além do prazo dado inicialmente. Era pra chegar as 21h e só chegou as 22h30.
Se já não bastasse a demora o pedido veio completamente errado. Nunca mais peço desse lugar. Paguei 80 reais pra passar nervoso. Parabéns pela incompetência.
Ridiculous
I asked for ifood and the delivery took 1h30 beyond the initial deadline. It was supposed to arrive at 9 pm and only arrived at 10:30 pm.
If the delay was not enough, the order came completely wrong. I never ask for this place again. I paid 80 reais to be nervous. Congratulations on your incompetence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi comida pra entregar, o pote veio rasgado no fundo, eu tirei da sacola e caiu toda a comida. Em contato com eles, falaram que trariam outro em 30 minutos. Passou 45 e perguntei o que houve, encerraram meu atendimento. Estou indo atrás do meu reembolso. Isso até onde eu sei é golpe e má fé.
I asked for food to deliver, the pot came torn at the bottom, I took it out of the bag and dropped all the food. In contact with them, they said they would bring another one in 30 minutes. 45 passed and I asked what happened, my service ended. I'm going after my refund. That as far as I know is coup and bad faith.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Confirmaram o pedido no Ifood. O pedido atrasou. Mandei mensagem no chat e não me responderam. Liguei no restaurante e a atendente falou que meu pedido tinha saído faz tempo e que o motoboy estava com várias entregas e por isso estava demorando. Esperei mais 2 minutos e o restaurante cancelou o pedido no Ifood. Ou seja, ainda por cima mentem para os clientes. Logo depois a loja fechou no Ifood.
Terrible attendance. Confirmed the order at Ifood. The order was delayed. I sent a message on the chat and they didn't reply. I called the restaurant and the attendant said that my order had been placed a while ago and that the courier had several deliveries and that's why it was taking a while. I waited another 2 minutes and the restaurant canceled the Ifood order. In other words, on top of that, they lie to their customers. Soon after, the store closed at Ifood.
