★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Agendei a instalação. Falaram que chegariam na minha casa no máximo 08:40. Deixei de ir ao trabalho pra esperar eles. Não foram, liguei e disseram q esqueceram, que confundiram as agendas.
Mudei toda minha agenda no trabalho e não se deram o trabalho de avisar o pq do atraso.
Triste! Cancelei serviço e não chamo mais. Precisamos de serviços em que o cliente receba a devida atenção!!
Terrible. I scheduled the installation. They said they would arrive at my house at 08:40. I stopped going to work to wait for them. They were not, I called and said they forgot, that confused the agendas.
I changed my entire schedule at work and they didn't bother to warn me about the delay.
Sad! I canceled service and I don't call anymore. We need services in which the customer receives due attention !!
