★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei consulta com a ginecologista e qdo retornei com meus exames meu cadastro simplesmente sumiu. Não tinha nem a consulta agendada. Agendei para meu filho toda quarta feira as 15 horas o psicólogo e para minha supresa no dia da consulta com Dra Júlia não havia nenhuma consulta marcada e muito menos horário disponível. Como pode atender psicologia e não ter dia para atender sendo que o ideal é passar uma vez na semana?
I scheduled an appointment with the gynecologist and when I returned with my exams my registration simply disappeared. I didn't even have an appointment scheduled. I scheduled the psychologist for my son every Wednesday at 3 pm and to my surprise on the day of the appointment with Dr Júlia there was no appointment, much less available time. How can you attend psychology and not have a day to attend when the ideal is to visit once a week?

Ambiente tranquilo e seguem protocolos conta o covid
I do treatment with the otorhinolaryngologist and I have been with other specialists at Alpha as well, I recommend it, they are attentive professionals, I have no problems making appointments via whatsapp, they take an acceptable time to respond, it is worth a lot to me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento médico que já presenciei na minha vida. Ficam tentando empurrar todo tipo de exame para lucrar mais, querem fazer tudo lá na hora, colocam pseudo-médicos pra te atender que na verdade são naturólogos sem qualquer graduação em medicina de fato. Fujam desse lugar, extremamente desorganizado, e olhem que nunca dei uma estrela pra qualquer estabelecimento, mas esse se superou.
Worst medical care I have ever seen in my life. They keep trying to push all kinds of exams to make more money, they want to do everything there on time, they put pseudo-doctors to see you who are actually naturologists without any degree in medicine. Run away from this place, extremely disorganized, and I've never given a star to any establishment, but this one outdid itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei com Dra Nellie ( achei uma boa médica, não sei se é normal nao examinar o paciente, mesmo que o problema seja psicológico) já o atendimento pelo whats é péssimo melhor nem ter esta opção,mandei 3 msgs pois a receita estava com a dosagem errada, sem resposta decidir ir até lá e a dra trocou no mesmo dia e no dia seguinte a atendente veio me pedir para eu enviar foro da receita a ser trocada , ou seja a comunicação interna tbm é falha, pois ela nem sabia que eu já havia retirado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passo nessa clínica a anos e de uns tempos pra cá tá ficando cada vez pior.
Várias vezes desmacaram minhas consultas um ou dois dias antes, não dão nem a opção de remarcar... É apenas um bot que manda a mensagem e a pessoa que lute pra conseguir remarcar.
E agora pra piorar eles estão falando que estão sem a guia amarela :)
Creio que não só eu mas muitos outros pacientes que vão a clínica tomam remédios controlados e que exige a guia amarela para conseguir comprar.
Semana passada fui apenas pra pegar ela, como tinha combinado com a médica, cheguei lá e pra minha surpresa me falaram que não tinham a guia e que não tinha data pra chegar. Perdi completamente o meu tempo pra me deslocar até a clínica (o que não é nada perto)
Liguei hoje 5 dias depois da minha consulta e me disseram que não tem prazo pra guia chegar e que a médica só ia voltar dia 5, ou seja mesmo se a guia estivesse chegado eu não teria como pegá-la.
Bom estou sem meus remédios e sabe se lá quais são os efeitos colaterais de fazer uma parada brusca como essa.
Ano que vem nem que me paguem voltarei pra essa clínica.
I spend years in this clinic and for some time now it's been getting worse and worse.
Several times they cleared my appointments a day or two before, they didn't even give me the option to reschedule... It's just a bot that sends the message and the person who fights to get rescheduled.
And now to make matters worse they're saying they don't have the yellow tab :)
I believe that not only me but many other patients who go to the clinic take prescription drugs and that they require the yellow tab to buy them.
Last week I just went to pick her up, as I had agreed with the doctor, I got there and to my surprise they told me that they didn't have a guide and that there was no date to arrive. I completely lost my time to travel to the clinic (which is nothing close)
I called today 5 days after my appointment and they told me that there is no deadline for the guide to arrive and that the doctor would only come back on the 5th, that is, even if the guide had arrived, I would not be able to pick her up.
Well I'm without my meds and who knows what the side effects of making such a sudden stop are.
Next year, even if they pay me, I'll go back to this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, para marcar a consulta já foi uma dificuldade enorme, mandei meus dados 3 vezes na mesma conversa pelo WhatsApp. Marcaram uma consulta que o meu convênio não atendia e sendo assim não tenho direito a retorno muito errado. E o tempo de espera para ser atendido enorme, marquei a consulta para 09:24 cheguei no horário e estou a 40 min para ser atendido.
Too bad, scheduling the appointment was already a huge difficulty, I sent my data 3 times in the same conversation via WhatsApp. They made an appointment that my insurance did not meet and therefore I am not entitled to a very wrong return.
