telefone nunca atende , eles são poucos acessíveis ! a central fica em são paulo , é quase impossível falar com eles aqui no interior de SP.
Na hora que você rastreia o produto e consta que foi feita uma tentativa eles não avisam , moça entra em contato e você explica que eles tem que ligar para entregar o produto e fica nessa ate você cansar e morrer seco.
