★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurante péssimo, comida horrível sem gosto parece comida de hospital sem sal nenhum, carne dura sem gosto.. por foto um prato maravilhoso pessoalmente uma decepção. Queria poder da 0 estrelas horrível nunca mais como nesse lugar!!!! Só queria meu dinheiro de volta que deu até tristeza de pagar no final !
 Terrible restaurant, horrible tasteless food looks like hospital food without any salt, tough meat with no taste.. by photo a wonderful dish personally a disappointment. I wish I could give the horrible 0 stars never again like in this place!!!! I just wanted my money back which I was sad to pay in the end!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como primeira experiência, péssimo. Pedimos dois hambúrguers e uma batata cone. Hambúrguers/imgredientes de qualidade ruim e batata incomivel. O preço também não é compatível com o oferecido. Caro e ruim. Não culpamos funcionários pois é notável que o problema está no cardápio/sistema onde querem servir de tudo e nada deve sair bem feito no fim. O único ponto bom é a atenção dos garçons, que devem sofrer muito por atrasos/qualidade do que é serviço tendo que lidar com reclamações.
As a first experience, terrible. We ordered two hamburgers and a potato cone. Poor quality burgers/ingredients and inedible potatoes. The price is also not compatible with what is offered. Expensive and bad. We don't blame employees because it's notable that the problem is in the menu/system where they want to serve everything and nothing should come out right in the end. The only good point is the attention of the waiters, who must suffer a lot for delays/quality of what is service having to deal with complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao restaurante hoje pela 2 vez, eu e minha família e a experiência foi péssima, pratos demorou para ser servido e quando veio estava frio, pedimos pratos Família e no cardápio diz q se pedir pratos Família tem 50% de desconto no prato Kids e não veio desconto, e ainda na hora de fechar a conta eles tem a cara de pau de 40 reias de taxa de mesa,quem for ate lá ja sabe q vai ter q comer em pé.

I went to the restaurant for the 2nd time today, my family and I and the experience was terrible, dishes took a long time to be served and when it came it was cold, we ordered Family dishes and on the menu it says that if you order Family dishes there is a 50% discount on the Kids dish and no discount came, and even when it's time to close the account they have the 40 R$ table fee, whoever goes there already knows they'll have to eat standing up.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dou 1 estrela pela comida que estava boa hoje . Mas ridículo vc se auto servir e cobrar taxa de gorjeta !!!!!! E a atendente quase me deu aquele golpe muito praticado hoje em dia de falar um valor , no meu caso foi 138,46 ... Mas ela colocou na maquininha 178,46 !!! Isso não é sem querer gente ... Muito estabelecimentos fazem isso de " errar para mais " , pois tem gente que não presta atenção . Cuidado com a caixa "loirinha" ... Ela não soube nem disfarçar .
I give 1 star for the food that was good today. But ridiculous for you to self-serve and charge a tip fee!!!!!! And the attendant almost gave me that scam that is very common nowadays to say a value, in my case it was 138.46... But she put 178.46 on the machine!!! This is not unintentional people... Many establishments do this to "make more mistakes", because there are people who don't pay attention. Watch out for the "blonde" box... She didn't even know how to disguise it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo em tudo. Desde o atendimento, comida e recepção. Vá para rasgar seu dinheiro, primeira e última vez neste local. Garçom mal educado, pedi uma porção de picanha com frango e calabresa. Nada de picanha, carne dura e fria. Única coisa que veio normal foi a calabresa e frango. Garçom mal quis limpar a mesa, e a supresa veio quando fui realizar o pagamento, pedi para não incluir a gorjeta ele pegou aproximou o cartão imprimiu a notinha e foi embora. Depois na notinha vi a gorjeta inclusa, fui reclamar com ele e disse ainda q não podia fazer nada, dizendo que ouviu para pagar o valor total. Um absurdo esse restaurante não recomendo a ninguém.
Bad at everything. From service, food and reception. Go rip your money first and last time at this location. Rude waiter, I ordered a portion of picanha with chicken and pepperoni. No picanha, hard and cold meat. The only thing that came out normal was the pepperoni and chicken. Waiter barely wanted to clean the table, and the surprise came when I went to make the payment, I asked not to include the tip, he took the card, printed the note and left. Then on the note I saw the tip included, I went to complain to him and said he couldn't do anything, saying he heard to pay the full amount. This restaurant is absurd, I do not recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Prato nao condiz com a proposta do mesmo. Ridiculo. Caro e minuculo. Ridículo um dos piores lugar que ja frequentei. Nunca mais, nem de graça. Picanha a moda.... Só se for picanha a moda palhaço. Tem que colocar todas as avaliaçoes nas redes sociais. Um lugar como este nao merece ficar aberto.
Horrible. Dish does not match its proposal. Ridiculous. Expensive and tiny. Ridiculous one of the worst places I have ever been. Never again, not even for free. Picanha the fashion.... Only if it's picanha the clown fashion. You have to post all reviews on social media. A place like this doesn't deserve to be open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa Noite infelizmente preciso expor minha insatisfação desse local. Hoje foi a minha segunda vez e última nesse estabelecimento. Vamos começar do início a primeira vez comi pizzas com meu marido e Chopp, o que deixou a desejar foi a pizza em 1 prato e 1 talher para 2 pessoas, ok estava tão Feliz no dia com o marido que não ia fazer caso. Por falta de um prato... ai quando chega HOJE chego no balcão para vê a pizza, passa um rapaz novo me olha e sai, ai o mesmo vem novamente e nada de atender! Já era um alerta para sair dali, mas eu fiquei para minha decepção. Quando já estava farda de espera um Senhor pegou a Pizza, e eu comentei para ele Ouvir, 2 pedaço de Pizza em 1 prato??? Ai ficou com cara de paisagem ai pedir mas 1 talher já que prato... NÃO têm! Ele deu o talher aleluia.... O que me chateou a Pizza de churrasco estava mas ou menos a massa tava bem ressecada, como amei essa Pizza de churrascos qdo comi da primeira vez, pensei Bora repetir, e tinha apenas 2 pedaços quis assim mesmo. Fiquei extremamente constragida quando reparei, que estava lotado e todos com pratos em suas mesas, e eu e meu esposo parecendo animal dividindo o mesmo prato que pra mim, parecia uma tigela de animal. Me senti um NADA. Ia pedir o Chopp mas pensei se Prato NÃO têm, e capaz que 1 dos Chopp arruma um copo e o outro jogar no chão para beber na sola do tênis!
Mas para finalizar o péssimo fim de tarde nesse lugar horrível e de atendimento pior ainda....
Estava sentada comendo a Pizza, qdo senti um esbarro na cadeira, que me lançou pra frente, olhei incrédula, e vi que um Senhor de camisa azul tinha sido o causado. O Senhor em vez de dá a volta por fora quis passar entre cadeiras e esbarrou na minha cadeira. Eu já estava estressada com o constrangimento do Prato pra dois. Quando novamente o mesmo Senhor esbarra novamente e com mas força...
Eu me levantei e reclamei e sai do estabelecimento revoltada. O Senhor pediu desculpas. Mas naquele momento, e inadmissível! Porquê minha revolta foi desde que coloquei o pé dentro do estabelecimento. Foi raiva e mas raiva.
Eu não recomendo o local e vou abrir uma reclamação também no #RECLAME AQUI, quem sabe, aprendam a tratar o cliente com dignidade. Porque independentemente do valor pago, respeito é bom! Educação e gentileza, não faz mal a ninguém.
Só queria ter uma noite tranquila! E sai me sentindo um Lixo. OBRIGADA por torna meu restinho de tarde um lixo me senti humilhada. E pior paguei para isso!!!
Good Night unfortunately I need to expose my dissatisfaction with this place. Today was my second and last time at this establishment. Let's start from the beginning, the first time I ate pizzas with my husband and draft beer, what left something to be desired was the pizza in 1 plate and 1 cutlery for 2 people, ok, I was so happy on the day with my husband that I didn't pay attention. For lack of a dish... then when it arrives TODAY I arrive at the counter to see the pizza, a young man passes by, he looks at me and leaves, then he comes again and no longer attends! It was already an alert to get out of there, but I stayed to my disappointment. When I was in a waiting uniform, a gentleman took the Pizza, and I told him Listen, 2 pieces of Pizza in 1 dish??? Then he looked like a landscape and asked for 1 cutlery since that plate... THEY DON'T have it! He gave me the hallelujah cutlery.... What bothered me the BBQ Pizza was but or less the dough was very dry, as I loved this BBQ Pizza when I ate it the first time, I thought Bora would repeat it, and there were only 2 pieces I wanted it like this same. I was extremely embarrassed when I noticed, that it was crowded and everyone with plates on their tables, and me and my husband looking like an animal sharing the same plate that for me, it looked like an animal bowl. I felt like NOTHING. I was going to ask for the draft beer but I thought if Prato DOESN'T have it, it's possible that 1 of the draft beer can fix a glass and the other throw it on the floor to drink on the sole of the tennis shoes!
But to end the bad end of the afternoon in this horrible place and worse service....
I was sitting eating the Pizza, when I felt a bump in the chair, which threw me forward, I looked in disbelief, and saw that a gentleman in a blue shirt had been the cause. The Lord, instead of going around the outside, wanted to go between chairs and bumped into my chair. I was already stressed with the embarrassment of Prato for two. When again the same Lord bumps again and with more force...
I got up and complained and left the establishment disgusted. The Lord apologized. But at that moment, it is inadmissible! Because my revolt has been since I set foot inside the establishment. It was anger and more anger.
I do not recommend the place and I will also file a complaint on #COMPLETE HERE, who knows, learn to treat the customer with dignity. Because regardless of the amount paid, respect is good! Politeness and kindness don't hurt anyone.
I just wanted to have a quiet night! And I leave feeling like a Trash. THANK YOU for turning my rest of the afternoon into rubbish I felt humiliated. And worse I paid for it!!!
