★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não resolvem os problemas, demora com os documentos de conclusão, descaso com os alunos... Demorou mais de 3 meses pra conseguir histórico e a declaração de conclusão, falaram que já poderia tirar o Coren sendo que a PRÓPRIA ESCOLA não mandou a lista de concluintes! Arrependida de perder meu tempo fazendo o curso de auxiliar lá!
 Bad service, they don't solve the problems, delay with the completion documents, neglect with the students... It took more than 3 months to get history and the declaration of completion, they said they could take Coren out and the SCHOOL HAS not sent it the list of graduates! Sorry for wasting my time taking the auxiliary course there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima escola. Péssimo atendimento. Estou aguardando a 3 anos praticamente para terminar o meu curso de auxiliar de enfermagem. Em novembro de 2019era pra eu terminar o meu curso de Aux de enfermagem, minha irmã e eu já estávamos no final do primeiro estágio e foi quando começou a PANDEMIA, até aí tudo bem tudo parou. Só que estamos até hoje 14/03/2022 sem receber uma notícia de quando vamos poder fazer os estágios para terminarmos o curso. É um descaso com o aluno! Eles nunca sabem quando vai ter turma, qual horário, nunca sabem de nada. É um SACRIFÍCIO eles atenderem o telefone, visto que já teve vez que até trocaram o número por causa de tantas ligações (que presumo eu que seja de reclamações de alunos), então é realmente impossível falar com eles. E para quem não mora perto da escola e precisa falar com eles? Eles não estão nem aí! Você vai ter que gastar do dinheiro do seu bolso e ir na escola porque eles não se importam com suas condições. Eu e minha irmã assim como muitos outros alunos queremos terminar nosso estágio e acabar com o vínculo com essa escola. Espero que depois desse depoimento a escola entre em contato para nos ajudar. NÃO EXISTE FICAR 3 ANOS PARADA ESPERANDO ESTÁGIO, MEU DEUS QUE ARREPENDIMENTO.
Bad school. Terrible attendance. I'm waiting 3 years practically to finish my nursing assistant course. In November 2019, I was supposed to finish my Nursing Aux course, my sister and I were already at the end of the first internship and that's when the PANDEMIA started, so far so good, everything stopped. But we are until today 03/14/2022 without receiving news of when we will be able to do the internships to finish the course. It's a disgrace to the student! They never know when there will be a class, at what time, they never know anything. It's a SACRIFICE for them to answer the phone, since there have been times when they even changed the number because of so many calls (which I assume are student complaints), so it's really impossible to talk to them. And for those who don't live near the school and need to talk to them? They don't even care! You will have to spend out of your pocket money and go to school because they don't care about your conditions. My sister and I, like many other students, want to finish our internship and end our connection with this school. I hope that after this statement the school will contact us to help us. THERE IS NO STAY 3 YEARS STILL WAITING FOR INTERNSHIP, MY GOD WHAT A REPENTANCE.

Quando nós alunos precisamos de ajuda temos que aguardar, e somos esquecidos e o problema fica pra depois. Você liga, eles falam pra ligar novamente, ou que retornaram a ligação, mas nada acontece.
Não adianta nada, fazerem sorteio pra tentar aumentar avaliação da escola, se não conseguirem atender, ouvir os alunos.
Na sala laboratório os materiais precisa muito de uma reforma urgente.
Vcs tem q resolver isso, essa escola sempre foi um exemplo, mas agora precisa de atenção.
Espero poder voltar aqui e poder mudar minha avaliação.
Alunos precisam ser ouvidos e vistos como prioridade, a unidade não seria nada sem eles.
Por hora isso é tudo! #escutemosalunos

When we students need help, we have to wait, and we are forgotten and the problem is left for later. You call, they say to call again, or they call back, but nothing happens.
It's no use doing a lottery to try to increase the school's evaluation, if they can't answer, listen to the students.
In the laboratory room the materials are in dire need of an urgent renovation.
You have to solve this, this school has always been an example, but now it needs attention.
I hope to be able to come back here and be able to change my assessment.
Students need to be heard and seen as a priority, unity would be nothing without them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima escola não perca seu tempo, em fazer sua inscrição nela promete tudo só que a escola não tem convênio suficiente em hospital para fazer os estágios e vc termina a teoria e fica 1 ano aguardando na fila de espera para estagiar, e só depois pode prosseguir para o outro módulo o técnico.
Se vc não tem pressa de terminar o curso pode se matricular que em 5 anos vc se forma.
Terrible school, don't waste your time, making your registration promises everything, but the school doesn't have enough agreement in hospital to do the internships and you finish the theory and wait 1 year in the queue to intern, and only then can you proceed for the other module the technician.
If you're not in a hurry to finish the course, you can enroll that in 5 years you'll graduate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escola Péssima. Muito descaso com os alunos , propaganda falsa , há 7 meses terminei meu curso e estou esperando meu certificado até hoje , a desculpa deles que o supervisor da secretaria está de licença há mais de 1 ano , não indico a ninguém , administração péssima , gestão.
Tenho dó de quem está investindo para entrar nessa escola PÉSSIMA.
Eles só trata o aluno bem quando entra custo para escola.
Comecei meu curso em 2019 e eles atrasaram mais de 1 ano para mim se formar.
Terrible School. A lot of neglect with students, false advertising, 7 months ago I finished my course and I'm waiting for my certificate until today, their excuse that the secretary supervisor has been on leave for more than 1 year, I don't recommend it to anyone, terrible administration, management.
I feel sorry for those who are investing to get into this TERRIBLE school.
They only treat the student well when it costs the school.
I started my course in 2019 and they delayed more than 1 year for me to graduate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escola e fraca e desorganizada,alunos colam nas provas a vontade,a direção tbm e fraca,fui reclamar com a msm e nenhuma providência foi tomada....aula que era pra começar as 07:30hrs...começa depois das oito da manhã.
Se vc que se formar,só precisa do diploma e quer sair sem saber nada...essa é a escola certa pra vc.professor que ensina ética não sabe o que isso significa.
Providência nenhuma foi tomada...fiquei com média 8,5...essa nota de participação é uma piada...o professor não tinha nada que falar a nota em sala pra todos...não foi legal da parte dele essa exposição,nem dessa nota eu precisava pra passar...dizer que merecia zero...pq não deu zero então...o líder como é um professor elogia no coletivo,e se tiver que corrigir ele o o faz em particular....me senti constrangido...sai da sala na mesma hora.
Acabei pedindo meu histórico para transferir para outra escola...acabei tendo um prejuízos nesse tramiti...vou buscar meus direitos,acredito que a atitude do mesmo foi imprópria e vexatória.
O direito nao socorre quem dorme.
School is weak and disorganized, students cheat on the tests at will, the direction is also weak, I went to complain to the same and no action was taken....class that was supposed to start at 07:30 pm... it starts after eight in the morning morning.
If you want to graduate, all you need is a diploma and you want to leave without knowing anything...this is the right school for you.professor who teaches ethics doesn't know what that means.
No action was taken... I got an average of 8.5... this participation grade is a joke... the teacher had nothing to say about the grade in class to everyone... it was not nice of him to present this exposure , I didn't even need this grade to pass... to say that it deserved zero... because it didn't give zero so... the leader, as a teacher, praises the collective, and if he has to correct it, he does it in private.... I felt embarrassed... I left the room at the same time.
I ended up asking for my transcript to transfer to another school... I ended up having a loss in this process... I will seek my rights, I believe that his attitude was inappropriate and vexatious.
The law does not help those who sleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hoje na instituição, na hora do intervalo de aula, por volta das 9h30, para levar minha filha Ana Clara Carneiro pra tomar a terceira dose da vacina de covid, porém fui impedida de tirar minha filha por aproximadamente 10 minutos, da escola pra tomar a vacina.
A gerente Vitória impediu e falou que EU tenho que me programar melhor, pois se eu tirasse ela da escola nesse horário ela não poderia retornar pra aula.
Acontece que eu me programei nesse horário, pois seria o mais coerente sendo que saindo da aula minha filha vai direto pro trabalho, e assim não atrapalharia nem a aula e nem a entrada no trabalho.
Pois bem, fui informada que isso é uma regra da escola e que consta em contrato e que EU assinei. Enfim... o contrato foi enviado pra própria aluna assinar, que tem 17 anos, portanto não foi um maior responsável pela aluna quem assinou. Se essas regras são permitidas de serem quebradas, por que uma simples ida ao posto de saúde ( que fica exatamente na frente da escola) tbm não pode ser quebrada?
Estamos passando por uma pandemia, em que se fala tanto em vacina, uma escola que forma profissionais da saúde se comporta dessa forma. Indignada estou pouco.

We are going through a pandemic, in which there is so much talk about vaccine, a school that trains health professionals behaves this way. I'm a little outraged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi maior descaso, tenho pena de quem pretenda investir o seu dinheiro nesta escola, primeiro que eles se comportam como se estivessem nos fazendo um favor quando na realidade estamos pagando pelo curso, em instituições de ensino público somos mais respeitados do que nesta escola.
Primeiro que esperamos para fazer o estágio por cerca de 9 meses, ao indicar um campo de estágio na zona norte que é de dificílimo acesso a cerca de 3horas de transporte público da zona leste o que me disseram foi "o interesse de terminar o curso é seu, caso não possa ir neste estágio vc será a última da fila de estágio" ou seja, ou eu sou subordinada às condições que eles oferecem ou então não irei concluir o curso nem tão cedo.
Em todas as instituições onde já participei o TCC é feito ao longo do curso, nesta escola não existe dinâmica alguma para que seja feito o TCC, eles pedem para que façamos assim que finalizar o curso o que prolonga ainda mais o término do curso já que devemos dedicar semanas para realizar o TCC após o término de todas as matérias teóricas e práticas.
Fora o valor das folhas que devemos preencher de estágio e o valor de uma falta no estágio, dobraram o valor e agora ele está completamente absurdo e fora de qualquer padrão!!! Alegaram que não havia tido reajuste de valores há cerca de 1 ano e meio, pois bem, estávamos em período de pandemia, por tanto estava sem campo de estágio por isso não houve ajuste de valor, assim que os estágios retornaram foi a primeira coisa que fizeram.
Dão um prazo e não cumprem o prazo, não tem comprometimento, organização e nem honestidade com os alunos. Poderia ficar aqui por horas dizendo quantos pontos negativos eles apresentam, mas peço a todos que tem interesse em iniciar aulas neste local, não façam! Quando eles sentirem no bolso talvez revejam a forma de tratar um CLIENTE.

They give a deadline and don't meet the deadline, they don't have commitment, organization or honesty with the students. I could stay here for hours saying how many negative points they have, but I ask everyone who is interested in starting classes in this place, don't do it! When they feel it in their pocket, they may review the way they treat a CLIENT.
