★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito da academia. Fui associada por 2 anos, sempre bem atendida. O único problema, o qual me fez sair, foi a redução drástica de aulas de treinamento funcional e de modalidades de dança fora do fitdance. Para quem quer malhar , pegar peso, super recomendo.
I really like the gym. I was associated for 2 years, always well attended. The only problem, which made me leave, was the drastic reduction of functional training classes and dance modalities outside of fitdance. For those who want to work out, take weight, I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Os instrutores são excelentes, sabem o que fazem, porém o atendimento ao aluno da parte de vendas e financeiro é péssima. Estou tentando resolver uma questão de cancelamento de plano, me informam que somente pelo site. O site não permite o cancelamento e o atendente diz que não pode fazer nada. Descaso total com o aluno. Fui informado que não tem ninguém que possa fazer isso e que "eu que tenho que me resolver" (palavras do atendente durante ligação). Estou decepcionado com a Alpha.
EDIT: Mesmo após o problema anterior, resolvi voltar pela qualidade dos profissionais de educação física e pela estrutura.
Bad experience. The instructors are excellent, they know what they are doing, but the sales and financial service to the student is terrible. I'm trying to resolve a plan cancellation issue, I'm told that only through the website. The site does not allow cancellation and the attendant says there is nothing he can do. Total disregard for the student. I was informed that there is no one who can do this and that "I have to solve myself" (words from the attendant during the call). I'm disappointed in Alpha.
EDIT: Even after the previous problem, I decided to go back for the quality of the physical education professionals and the structure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi uma grande academia. Agora, está decadente. Precisa investir na infraestrutura: aparelhos velhos e sem manutenção, sistema de som péssimo, com músicas horrorosas!
It used to be a great gym. Now, it's decaying. You need to invest in infrastructure: old appliances and no maintenance, terrible sound system, with horrible music!
