Great equipment, gym and bathrooms always clean and the staff always cleaning, reception staff always polite and receptive excellent service I feel super good at this gym, students are also discreet all well educated and respectful ... I have been training since 2019! I recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malho aqui há 5 anos, a academia possui aparelhos bons, porém peca na manutenção tanto dos mesmos quanto dos aparelhos de ar-condicionado, além de ser pequena para quantidade de alunos que a frequentam. Os alunos já foram mais educados no quesito de não deixar pesos, anilhas, colchonetes e afim espalhados por toda a academia, atrapalhando e muito o treino de todos. Se você pretende vir malhar aqui, é praticamente obrigatório ter um personal trainer, pois existem apenas 2 ou 3 professores disponíveis durante todo o dia, inclusive nos horários de pico, o que vai atrapalhar o seu rendimento.
I've been working out here for 5 years, the gym has good equipment, but it lacks in the maintenance of both the same and the air conditioning equipment, in addition to being small for the number of students who attend it. The students have already been more polite in terms of not leaving weights, plates, mats and the like scattered throughout the gym, interfering with everyone's training. If you intend to come here to work out, it is practically mandatory to have a personal trainer, as there are only 2 or 3 teachers available throughout the day, even during peak hours, which will hinder your performance.
