★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa me venderam um produto com defeito oculto me pediram para enviar um email, enviei e o Paulo sócio ele me disse que já tinha passado da data pois recebi dia 29/11 porém o defeito foi descoberto hoje como diz o CDC em caso de defeito oculto tenho 7 dias após descobrir este defeito.
Liguei no número que consta no cartão CNPJ falaram para eu aguardar logo depois desligaram e ao retornar falaram que era um telefone particular e não existia essa empresa lá.
Ainda por cima pediram para eu enviar para eles e querem que eu pague o frete! Logo após eu reclamar que não iria pagar o frete e pararam de me responder tanto no whats quanto no face
Bad company sold me a product with a hidden defect they asked me to send an email, I sent it and Paulo partner he told me it was past the date because I received it on 11/29 but the defect was discovered today as the CDC says in case of defect hidden I have 7 days after discovering this defect.
I called the number on the CNPJ card they told me to wait right after they hung up and when they returned they said it was a private phone and there was no such company there.
On top of that they asked me to send it to them and they want me to pay the shipping! Right after I complained that I would not pay the freight and they stopped responding to me on both whats and face
