★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA. COMPREI UM CARREGADOR DE CELULAR HÁ 20 DIAS, POR 19 REAIS. PERGUNTEI SE PRECISAVA DA NOTA PARA EVENTUAL TROCA E DISSERAM QUE ERA SÓ TRAZER QUE TROCARIAM EM CASO DE DEFEITO. NÃO EMITIRAM A NOTA FISCAL, A PONTA QUEBROU, DISSERAM QUE QUEBROU POR MINHA RESPONSABILIDADE (NÃO FOI). A PONTA SE SOLTOU DENTRO DO MEU APARELHO QUANDO PUXEI APÓS CARREGAR. VENDEM PRODUTOS DE PÉSSIMA QUALIDADE E NÃO MANTÉM O QUE FALAM NA VENDA. NÃO RECOMENDO.
TERRIBLE. I PURCHASED A MOBILE CHARGER FOR 20 DAYS, FOR 19 REALS. I ASKED IF I NEEDED THE NOTE FOR EVENTUAL EXCHANGE AND THEY SAID IT WAS JUST TO BRING THAT THEY WOULD EXCHANGE IN CASE OF DEFECT. THEY DID NOT ISSUE THE FISCAL NOTE, THE TIP BROKEN, SAID THAT BROKEN FOR MY RESPONSIBILITY (IT WASN'T). THE TIP LOOSED INSIDE MY APPLIANCE WHEN I PULLED UP AFTER CHARGING. THEY SELL POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS AND DO NOT KEEP WHAT THEY SPEAK ON THE SALE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um cartucho de impressora remanufaturado da marca deles e deixei guardado por algum tempo até utilizá-lo, pq ja tinha outro em uso.
Piso bem, chegou o dia em que fui colocá-lo para funcionar e o mesmo não funcionou. Voltei na papelaria alegando que o cartucho não tinha funcionado pois a impressora não o havia reconhecido. Então me informaram que o cartucho além de queimado estava vazio e não poderiam fazer nada.
Como não peguei notinha ou comprovante de compra na época, até pq por se tratar de uma compra de valor pequeno, normalmente não faço isso, não pude fazer muita coisa a não ser sair fora e vir colocar esse comentário para alertar outros clientes a respeito dessa situação.
I bought a remanufactured printer cartridge from their brand and left it stored for some time until I used it, because I already had another one in use.
Flooring well, the day came when I put it to work and it didn't work. I went back to the stationery shop claiming that the cartridge had not worked because the printer had not recognized it. Then they informed me that the cartridge, besides being burnt, was empty and there was nothing they could do.
As I didn’t get a note or proof of purchase at the time, even because it’s a small purchase, I don’t usually do that, I couldn’t do much except leave it and post this comment to alert other customers about this situation.
