Meu celular (Samsung A30) caiu na água, sequei ele imediatamente e ele ficou funcionando normalmente, quando a noite fui colocar para carregar ele acusou água, desliguei. No dia seguinte levei a ALPHACELL, falaram que iriam higienizar e trocar o conector (80 reais), mas se precisa -se iriam trocar a placa de entrada, aí o valor seria 150 reais. Quando fui retirar me deram a placa original e cobraram os 150 reais. Depois de 2 dias descobri que o rádio não sintonizada , ele não reconhecia a antena, fui lá reclamar, pediram para eu levar a placa original, colocaram ela novamente e trocaram só o conector(não me devolveram nenhuma peça e não deram nota fiscal do serviço). Mas não me devolveram os 70 reais e falaram que não vão devolver, e o rádio agora só funciona com o fone, não funciona com a antena. Diante disso, NÃO RECOMENDO A ALPHACELL !!!!
Disappointing, in my opinion the service was not honest. My cell phone (Samsung A30) fell into the water, I dried it immediately and it was working normally, when the night I went to charge it it accused water, I hung up. The next day I took ALPHACELL, they said they would clean and change the connector (80 reais), but if needed, they would change the entry card, then the value would be 150 reais. When I went to get it, they gave me the original card and charged 150 reais. After 2 days I found that the radio was not tuned, it did not recognize the antenna, I went there to complain, they asked me to take the original plate, put it back on and changed only the connector (they did not return any parts and did not give the service invoice ). But the 70 reais was not returned to me and they said they will not return it, and the radio now only works with the phone, it does not work with the antenna. Therefore, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ALPHACELL !!!!
