★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro a demora para fazer uma ultrassom, e para completar a médica demora uma hora para te entregar o resultado você paga por algo , não recomendo mais para ninguém nota zero se pudesse dar.

Cheguei por volta das 8:20h num sábado, e minha experiência começou com a retirada da senha, as opções são: Prioritário, Atendimento Geral, Entrega de Exames, Exames de Imagem e Vacina. Fui fazer um raio X e como não há ninguém para orientar, retirei a senha para exame de imagem (por motivos óbvios), esperei por mais de 20 minutos, mesmo não tenho muitas pessoas pra ser atendidas, até ser chamado na recepção e ouvir que para fazer Raio X a senha é de atendimento geral pois é outra atendente que faz o cadastro. Tive que pegar outra senha enquanto a atendente de exames de imagens ficou parada sem atender ninguém pois não havia pessoas para esse exame no momento. Aguardei por no mínimo mais 20 minutos até ser chamado, a atendente perguntou apenas o endereço e ficou por mais 15 minutos aproximadamente fazendo o cadastro. Enquanto estava aguardando o cadastro uma outra moça chegou do nada passando pano no balcão sem muita educação e percebi que todas ali estavam trabalhando com muita má vontade, com espressão de desanimo sem dar a atenção devida ao cliente. Aguardei mais uns 10 minutos pra ser atendido e nesse momento na recepção já havia umas 20 pessoas aguardando. Uma experiência nada agradável pra uma laboratório tão bem estruturado. Lastimável
Optimal structure and terrible service. I arrived around 8: 20h on a Saturday, and my experience started with the removal of the password, the options are: Priority, General Service, Delivery of Exams, Imaging Exams and Vaccine. I went to do an X-ray and as there is no one to guide, I removed the password for image examination (for obvious reasons), I waited for more than 20 minutes, even I don't have many people to be attended to, until I was called at the reception and heard that to do X-Ray the password is for general assistance because it is another attendant that makes the registration. I had to pick up another password while the image exam attendant was standing around without answering anyone because there were no people for this exam at the time. I waited for at least another 20 minutes to be called, the attendant asked only the address and stayed for another 15 minutes approximately registering. While I was waiting for registration, another girl came out of nowhere, wiping the counter without much education, and I realized that all of them were working with a lot of bad will, with an expression of discouragement without giving due attention to the customer. I waited another 10 minutes to be attended and at that moment at the reception there were already 20 people waiting. An unpleasant experience for such a well-structured laboratory. Regrettable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hoje no laboratório e fiquei muito satisfeito. Cheguei cedo, foi tudo muito rápido. A recepcionista é muito ágil, rapidamente me direcionou ao atendimento e a enfermeira foi gentil na coleta de sangue TB. Voltarei.
I was in the laboratory today and I was very satisfied. I arrived early, it was all very fast. The receptionist is very agile, she quickly directed me to the service and the nurse was kind in the TB blood collection. I will be back.

Não respeitaram nem o prazo para a liberação do resultado dos exames. Tudo isso me preocupa na qualidade e credibilidade dos resultados que serão apresentados.
Na minha opinião, toda empresa deveria no mínimo superar as expectativas dos clientes. Afinal, cheguei até vocês através desta propaganda, mas infelizmente essa corrente quebrou comigo.
Sugiro vocês reverem seus processos sempre e melhorar cada vez mais.
No final, o barato sai caro. Pensem nisso.

It was my first and last time I set foot in this establishment. I went by recommendation and thought it was terrible in every way.
They did not even respect the deadline for releasing the test results. All this concerns me with the quality and credibility of the results that will be presented.
In my opinion, every company should at least exceed customer expectations. After all, I came to you through this propaganda, but unfortunately that chain broke with me.
I suggest you review your processes always and improve more and more.
In the end, cheap is expensive. Think about it.
