Nesse momento, o Femme não atende clientes com suspeita de COVID em suas unidades e o exame PCR é realizado via coleta domiciliar. Estamos vivendo um momento atípico, em que somos desafiados por uma pandemia. Por esse motivo, nos preparamos para atender com o máximo de cuidado em relação à saúde e à segurança das nossas clientes e dos nossos colaboradores, atuando em caráter de contingência, pois o cuidado com a saúde não pode parar. Reforçamos todas as medidas de higienização e prevenção, adotando as seguintes práticas:- Disponibilizamos máscaras descartáveis para uso obrigatório de todas as pacientes, colaboradoras e médicos;
- Disponibilizamos álcool gel em todas as áreas de espera e de atendimento.
Caso necessite, nossa equipe está à disposição para orientações e esclarecimentos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar registrado aqui minha insatisfação e indignação com relação ao atendimento de agendamento de exames deste estabelecimento.
Supostamente disponibilizam e-mail para tal e não funciona. Mandei email e não tive retorno.
Suportamente disponibilizam whatsapp. Não funciona. Chamei inumeras vezes sem sucesso algum.
Supostamente disponibilizam telefone. Liguei diversas vezes e quando milagrosamente consegui atendimento me falaram que exame de sangue não precisa de agendamento.
Para minha surpresa chego ao laboratório de Osasco e a primeira coisa que fazem é separar as pessoas que tem agendamento pois possuem prioridade na fila.
Se não bastasse conseguiram piorar me sinalizando que devido ao horário um dos meus exames não poderia ser feito.
Concluam comigo: três meios de agendamento que não funcionam.
No milagre de falar com um ser humano, essa não é instruida corretamente. Se eu soubesse que tinha horário de exame, eu teria ido mais cedo.
Agora estou aqui esperando em uma fila enorme e ainda não sairei com todos meus exames feitos.
Descaso com o cliente. Na próxima não usarei mais os serviços deste estabelecimento.
 I would like to register here my dissatisfaction and indignation with regard to the appointment of exams at this establishment.
Supposedly they provide e-mail for this and it doesn't work. I sent an email and got no response.
They support whatsapp. Does not work. I called numerous times with no success.
Supposedly they have a phone. I called several times and when I miraculously got service they told me that blood tests do not need to be scheduled.
To my surprise, I arrive at the Osasco laboratory and the first thing they do is separate the people who have appointments because they have priority in the queue.
If that wasn't enough, they managed to make it worse, signaling me that due to the time one of my exams couldn't be done.
Conclude with me: three scheduling methods that don't work.
In the miracle of talking to a human being, this one is not properly instructed. If I had known I had exam time, I would have gone earlier.
Now I'm here waiting in a huge line and I still won't leave with all my exams done.
Customer neglect. Next time I will no longer use the services of this establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até ontem minha imagem deste laboratório era 5 estrelas, mas hj quando cheguei para fazer uma ressonância, contei com uma espera de no mínimo 1 hora, pois simplesmente uma paciente atrasou e as demais não foram avisadas deste atraso!! Minha gente, estamos com o COVID aí, por isso agendamos horários para não corrermos riscos…. Decepcionada!!!
Until yesterday my image of this laboratory was 5 stars, but today when I arrived for an MRI, I had a wait of at least 1 hour, because simply one patient was late and the others were not warned of this delay!! My people, we have COVID there, so we schedule appointments so we don't take risks.... Disappointed!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui extremamente bem atendida, todos os exames que fiz foram mulherez que me atenderam e isso foi um diferencial enorme. As médicas e enfermeiras foram muito educadas e cordiais.
Os exames foram feitos nos horários que estavam agendados, fiquei aproxidamente 2 horas no laboratório e foi bastante tranquilo, esse tempo já tinham me informado antes e por ser sábado achei até que fosse demorar um pouco mais.
O ambiente é bonito, calmo e tem água, café e bolachinhas disponíveis em quase todas as salas de espera. Nota 10, com certeza caso precise voltarei a fazer exames nesse local.
I was extremely well attended, all the exams I did were women who attended me and that was a huge differential. The doctors and nurses were very polite and friendly.
The exams were carried out at the times that were scheduled, I stayed in the laboratory for approximately 2 hours and it was very quiet, I had been informed about that time before and since it was Saturday I thought it would take a little longer.
The atmosphere is beautiful, calm and there is water, coffee and cookies available in almost every waiting room. Note 10, for sure if I need it I will do exams in this place again.

a começar da Recepção, Enfermeiras, Técnicas que realizam os exames, Médicas e as meninas da limpeza, enfim todas tratando a todas com carinho, respeito e profissionalismo, sabe aquele tipo de atendimento acolhedor que te encanta?! Este tipo de atendimento toda mulher no mundo é digna é merecedora de receber eu fiquei emocionada é muito grata, pensando sou saudável estou fazendo exames de rotina, imagina a mulher que neste momento está passando algo desafiador um atendimento assim muda todo um contexto. Parabéns a todos os envolvidos ?????✨

O atendimento foi dentro do horário agendado porém o procedimento e conduta da médica que realizou o exame (no formulário entregue para retirar constava somente o nome Kelly Cristina Sinatra) foi horrível. Fui realizar uma vulvoscopia e colposcopia com biópsia, a médica não aguardou o efeito da anestesia para realizar a biópsia externa mesmo comigo chorando e avisando que estava doendo, me dispensou com a informação " só lavar com água e sabão normalmente" e estou agora indo no pronto socorro por ter tido febre e infeccionado o machucado que ela fez, além do destrato e da dor absurda interna devido à grosseria com que realizou o procedimento. A partir de agora irei denunciar dentro dos órgãos disponíveis a conduta mas acho válido deixar o comentário para que mais mulheres não sofram o que sofri.
