O funcionário Pedro autorizou os novos proprietários a entrarem no imóvel antes dos 15 dias e ainda autorizou os novos proprietários a se desfazerem dos meus móveis. Quando cheguei no imóvel meus móveis não estavam mais lá e tinha pessoas morando. E o Pedro está quieto até este momento.quero meus móveis .

**VC TEM QUE LEMBRAR DOS SERVIÇOS DELES E O PIOR É FAZER POR ELES...** SENDO QUE EU PAGO
Sou proprietário de um kitnet no edifício Nice 707, no qual eles atrasam constatemente os repasses, e ate houve caso de deixar de pagar condomínio de meses atras, no qual a administradora me procurou. e tive que pedir que fosse pago em novembro o condominio de agosto( senao me engano)
Tem meses que tem que ligar lá e lembrar do repasse.
Hoje por exemplo liguei lá e perguntei sobre as taxas do imovel, que no contrato de prestaçao de servicos deveriam ser executados por eles, e so me respoderam que nao sabiam sobre o laudemio, e a taxa de remoçao de lixo ia ver agora.
E QUANDO PROCURO UMA PESSOA RESPONSAVEL PARA RESPONDER MINHAS QUESTOES COMO CLIENTE, FOGEM NAO ATENDEM, O SER DANIEL DO ALUGUEL DIVERSAS VEZES POR DIAS TENTEI FALAR C ELE E NAO CONSEGUI, PAGO 8% DO ALUGUEL A ESTA EMPRESA.
uma empresa que nem ramal tem.. é do seculo passado fujam.. !!!!
