Nos últimos 18 meses, recebi apenas 11 dos aluguéis devidos. E a inquilina paga direitinho.

Mas não rouba dos outros!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao término do contrato de locação, ao me apresentar, educadamente, para negociar conscientemente uma questão caracterizada pelo ônus de minha parte, fui extremamente mal atendida pela funcionária Jucinara, que, de forma alguma teve a gentileza e boa vontade de me ouvir e responder sua negativa com educação. Lamento a falta de postura ética e profissional desta, não honrando a oportunidade de trabalho em tempos difíceis de nosso país. Convido a administração deste estabelecimento refletir sobre a suposta tradição que deseja imprimir no mercado imobiliário.
